It was mildly difficult not missing the entrance from the service road. Also, the view outside was not very nice, but that’s ok

The chlorine was way to much it was eye burning just sitting in there and the front desk lady is rude and did not feel welcoming she acted as if it was a bother we were checking out when we did or something

There was a sticky carpet stain in our room, the shower curtain did not stay closed well. The room had a wall AC so it was hotter on the far side of the room and during the night I started to sweat. I don't like that at all. Bathroom was redone but not very well. One side of the curtain rod looked like it was glued to the wall. Also all the lighting was really dark. There was only one ceiling light and the rest were lamps. Bottom floor smelled like mold or mildew, like it had been previously flooded. The bathrooms on the bottom floor used a room key to enter, so when my kid ran to the bathroom they couldn't go until I got there with a room key.

Bed was good and the right amount of firmness and pillows were wonderful. I never say that about hotel pillows, but I fell straight out when I cuddled up with that pillow. Room was a good size with two beds, a couch with small ottoman, a desk with a chair, and drawers. It had a closet with hangers and iron and ironing board. Big TV. A good amount of available plugs. Alarm clock with usb charging ports. Microwave and coffee maker, mini fridge. The cleaning services were exceptional. Very clean, and fresh linens. The breakfast was really good with so many choices. Also a good time span for breakfast, 2.5 hrs of breakfast service available and they did not run low on food.

The breakfast did not have healthy options but it did have several classic American options to try and great coffee. The waffle and cinnamon machines are super fun and delicious.

The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for a long trip with breakfast, a big parking space and a gym. The rooms are very comfortable, with a great big bed, spacious bathroom with bathtub, and a little lounge area that is perfect for organizing your luggage.

Was trying to extent my stay and the staff gave me a rate which later-on increase it. Communication between the front desk and the owner is bad.

The chair that allows disabled people to go into the pool was not working and that was the main reason for booking the hotel as it was pictured in the advertising. It is a feature that is supposed to be mandatory for ADA compliance..... and it was not available. Also the Manager was very disrespectful and rude when we tried to talk to him about this issue prior to arriving at the hotel...he spoke rudely to my wife who didn't raise her voice or anything.... then hung up on her in mid sentence. Making us concerned that our stay would be as uncomfortable as our encounter with him was. We were in Austin to go to a memorial for my deceased sister....and to celebrate our wedding Anniversary. So going to the pool was one of the planned activities for our special day. I truly missed being able to share a rare moment with my wife enjoying some time in the water together.

Parking was a challenge since the hotel is next to 3-4 restaurants so many of the people eating out will park in the hotel parking lot

The breakfast was weak but satisfying. The lady who checked us in was very polite. Love the hot tub main reason for picking hotel. Need to inform customer if there was a massage therapist on board.
