The tv remote was missing from the room and I think they need more bathroom amenities like soaps and shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel was definitely exactly what I expected. The rooms were exactly like the pictures and you could see that recent updates had been done. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and my room was very comfortable.

When we arrived we were told that our room wasn't available that they had to give us 2 separate rooms which was an inconvenience when we had children with us. Also we had to make sure the children had a safe room because our door to our room would shut properly and looked like it had been kicked in before it wasn't even on the hinges correctly. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

The room had burn holes in bed. Parking lot covered with trash and cigarettes. There were ladies of the night around in halls and rooms

The staff attitude could have been better and the fact they swiped our card and tried to swipe it again to pay for the took twice and made up excuses for why they didn’t see it the first time.

There was no breakfast it was to go breakfast and there was nothing for small children to eat.

not worth the money.. i had paid for 2 double bed suite and got 2 queen beds. When I spoke with the lady at the front desk, she couldn’t understand anything. The AC was sound like a train starting up every 2 minutes, and couldn’t sleep all night.

Difficult to get to. Did not have working vending machines and absolutely nowhere to even get a bottle of water or bag of chips when I arrived starving and exhausted at midnight after 6 hours of travel. The shower would not come on that evening and we actually had to wait until 730am for maintenance to come up and show us the unwritten trick to it. "Breakfast" was horrible coffee full of grounds, granola bars and packaged muffins on a bench in the lobby. Thats it. They should not list breakfast as an amenity at all. I've stayed at Extended Suites in the past that at least had toasters and coffee makers, cups, silverware etc in the room. This one offered nothing at all in room but an "order" your kitchen needs option. ..No one has time for that at midnight. And it defeats the purpose to have dishes sent up if all the vending machines are down and there are no stores around.

A granola bar and coffee isn't breakfast. Rooms dirty and smelled of marijuana. Vending machines stole money. No in room coffee, plastic cups nothing. Worst hotel ever. Coworkers room broken into which made the stay scary. property said oops sorry and gave them another room. Being alone in the room AI felt unsafe and afraid to sleep.

They could form a partnership with the bus company to go ahead. It's a 15-minute walk and the tourist is already tired.

When you book via booking.com it states cleaning after 7 days. We stayed 10 nights but were told that cleaning is every 14 days even though I showed them my booking confirmation stating cleaning after 7. A non smoking hotel that smells of cigarettes and cannabis in the corridors. If you want the basic breakfast of awful coffee muffins and muesli bar’s make sure you get up early before these are cleaned out as they are not restocked. We chose this as we were attending 2 NFL games at MetLife, it’s about $8 to get there for under 2 miles but after game it goes up to $30-$40 even after waiting 2 hours at American dream. The staff seemed disinterested but did become more helpful the longer we stayed.

Bus stop outside to NYC Weekdays before 9.30 otherwise 10-15 minutes walk to from stops but a slow trip both ways. Beds were comfortable and shower hot water was adequate but hard to regulate.

This hotel was disgusting!!! The carpet the chairs and the black mold. I would say it put a damper on my son’s birthday trip. I hated this room the staff wasn’t very friendly they act like they hate their job. The snacks I mean “breakfast” was horrible!! They only had muffins and granola bars and they were awful. I can’t believe booking has this hotel on here it’s a disappointment.

I liked that it had a bus stop right in front that’s it.
