Well, I hate to criticize because the staff was friendly. But I didn't like not having a phone, an iron, no garbage cans, or a coffee pot. No toiletries. The toilet seat should have been replaced years ago, and the toilet paper holder fell apart. There are no rugs, so the floor really needs to be cleaned. I didn't get a room key until the day after I checked in, and didn't receive a remote for the TV (which I couldn't find an 'on/off switch) until my third day. Oh, and I had questions concerning my bill, but was informed via a phone hook-up that I'd have to call back after 9am. It was 7am Monday morning, and I was facing a 10 hour drive home to Texas. I didn't see the point in calling, because my concerns needed direct contact. Oh, OH there were old stains on the fitted sheet.

Multiple times at the front desk as your walking in it smelled like all weed. I’m 420 friendly but I don’t think the hotel needs to smell like it. My toilet wouldn’t flush for almost 2 days off and on. You can’t use the side doors to come in even with a room key. Male manager there was rude to me on more than 1 occasion but the lady at the front is amazing.

It was clean. Check in was easy and fast.

Mrs. Gray the GM was amazing. Her attitude was upbeat & pleasant. She accommodated us when our room had a minor issue & she addressed it quickly. I have read reviews that stated the staff were rude & lazy. I did not feel this way at all.

I did not like how the room wasn't really cleaned i had to go and get bleach and other cleaning products in order to have a clean room. The microwave had pieces broke off of it. You have to pay extra for the pots and pans if you want to use the stove. You also have to pay extra if you need towels. You also have to pay extra if you want them to come in and wash the sheets on the bed and towels. The blinds had stuff all over it like it was juice or something. The toilet was leaking a little bit... i know people might be reading this and saying why I didn't just ask for my money back and leave and go somewhere else.. well my family and I had somethings going on and i was told at the beginning before i even seen the room that it was absolutely no refunds and they price was so much cheaper but i guess you get what you pay for.

I like the price for a week. I love the fact that after 10 pm, if you dont have a room key, you will not be able to get in the hotel period. I like the fact that it has a kitchenette in the rooms.. It was also very quiet at night when everyone was trying to sleep.

Cleanliness and trash cans in room no soap 1 roll of toilet paper was left in my room I had to go to front counter

I liked nothing about my stay because there was supposed to be a pool and a fitness room and the fitness room was pathetic.but over all I like the beds and the veiw was nice. But me personally I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay because the weekly rates change like every week, one week it could be 345 and the next it could be 454

I liked nothing. The bathroom was a little clumsy. The door for the bathroom was heavy and the front door was way to light and there was a hole not going through the door. The keychain lock for the door one srcew was not fit for the door

It was nice that it was pet friendly but it smelled like wet dirty dog and it didn't have the cleanest feel.

No Housekeeping service. Didn't have towels in room when check in had to go to service desk to get towels for room twice. I know it legal for marijuana but not a smoker smell was to strong and there was transaction going on in the parking lot

The breakfast was not idea for an athlete. You only had sweets and no fruits and everything was microwaveable. I have a big family and they are small and you all did not allow them all to stay so I had to send half my children home 3hrs away and my husband drove them back to be at games at 7am!!! I was not very happy! Plus, I paid cash and you had a fee of 100 deposit that I was not aware of! I could not pay for the deposit by card! It was just not good stay for us! I did get my money back.

Well, when you walk in all you can smell is Marijuana. They sold my room. Finally found me another one which they said they had to clean. Room had half a roll of toilet paper. No tissue, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner. It only had 2 flat pillows per bed with a very thin stained blanket. Trash was left on the kitchenette. The room came with 1 TV station which we had to put the TV volume on 60 to hear. Hair and stained up floor in the hallway. ADRIAN the lady who checked us in had exactly 0 customer service skills. On top of all this they have you sign a paper before you see your room that says absolutely 0 refunds.

A few neighbors were noisy, huge burn marks on both chairs, a few bugs in the room and no remote.

The room was spacious, nice kitchen with full-size fridge, good wifi, convenient location to stores, restaurants and other businesses and public transportation.
