You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Coffee for breakfast I asked the check in clerk if there was a luggage rack to put my suit case on, he didn't understand what I meant so I ended up using the Ironing board. I had to drag a kitchen chair down to the room for my 75 year old mother to sit on. The sheets didn't fit the beds and the continued to fall off. The bathroom was beautiful but the water pressure sucked and the breakfast was not up to par, the website had pictures that was not the truth stated. NO eggs, sausage or gravy nor any fresh fruits (apples) only on the 1st day of the 3 we were there. NO yougurt, hard boiled eggs, small little milks like in the pictures.

United StatesThe smell of the sewerage was coming from the kitchen sink so every time you showered the stronger the smell got in the room. The bed was right next to the kitchenette so I had to inhale that horrible smell. My husband said that the pipe trap was not working properly so he had to plug the drain with a wet towel to decrease the smell.
Really liked the bathroom. Hot soft water was great so I really enjoyed my shower time.

United StatesWished that we could have given a 10 because the staff was so nice. However, I say it was fairly clean because while the bedding was clean, the black light flash light did show dust on the furniture and inside the cabinets were dust and a few dead bugs, but we didn't need to use those so it wasn't a game changer in keeping the room. Basically we bring bleach wipes and Lysol and did a little go over in the room. Around 12:30 pm, the occupants in one of the next rooms turned their tv up loud and must have started cooking, because while we were trying to sleep the strong food smells were coming in the room and it was noisy. Maybe that can't be avoided since they do have a small kitchenette in the rooms and cooking is allowed. We wound up stuffing a towel under the connecting door and the gap under the main door and was able to settled down and we were able to sleep. I did like that you can pay the deposit with cash and not have to put it on a card. However, I didn't like the way they took the cash deposit and gave a generic cash receipt for the deposit, because when we were checking out it appeared that their copy of my receipt was missing, so make sure you watch the check- in person fill out the receipt and it is logged in the receipt book. However, we did get our deposit back. We knew this was listed as a 3 star hotel and for us, it was better than we expected.
I liked that they honored our request for a room on ground floor with a walk in shower. I had a black light flashlight to check the sheets and bedding were clean and fresh. Overall the room was nice and fairly clean. It had recently been renovated and was better than I expected from reading other reviews. Staff was friendly, especially John, who assisted me when making the reservation and again once at the property, he was super nice. The bed was a little firm, but was comfortable. The property was sort of secluded, but we had no problems and parking lot area was well lighted. We went straight to our room so can't say how the other areas like pool, meeting and fitness rooms were.

United States2 issues 1, toliet seat was broken. Moved all over the place. 2 there was a smell in the kitchen. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. It smelled either moldy or something bad. It was close to the bed so you could smell it while layung on the bed.
