The carpet is full of stains and very dirty. The room has numerous cockroaches and other insects. The toilet bowl and sink are rusty and full of stains. The staff forgets to give clean towels after taking the dirty one.

Bathroom was not supplied with supplies. Beds were not done when we arrived had to get them to give us clean sheets because the ones on the bed were dirty and stained and found the previous tenants room keys and hair under the bed covers. Carpet very dirty and trash cans not emptied and trash on floor by the bed. lights did not work with switch had to pull connection from socket to turn off light by bed.

The pool was shut down almost the whole time we were there multiple times without a sign, my key card kept not working , pests, tv in room was broken when we first got there, and it advertised kitchenettes and there was none, some of the staff would have an attitude, I was told they are new owners and are renovating.

The room's a/c wasn't cooling like it was supposed to. The room was missing several things. Not all the lights worked... we had no ironing stuff or a coffee maker... the ice maker didn't work. It was very disappointing.

The gentleman at check in on Friday at 8 pm was super nice... so was your security as well.

They had no wifi signal. Old furniture and in poor condition. Very worn pillows. Need to refinish walls, shower curtain hanger. They do not put shampoo. They do not put glasses. The vending machines do not accept all credit cards and at reception they could not change bills into coins.

The proximity to the air force base. They received my orders on Amazon without any problems. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very poor maintenance of the rooms and facility. Not very clean. No internet. Did not looked as good as advertise on pictures. Swimming pool was nasty green full of alge. Rented two rooms for 6 people, had only 1 towel in each room. No heat in one room. No light bulbs in the other. No TV remote. Had to go buy shampoo and conditioner to be able to shower. When reserved room said not smoking, but the bedspreads in room we got, were all full of cigarette burns, we removed them off the beds and only covered with sheets.

Location, right next to highway. Night staff, eager to solve issues to the best of their capabilities. Looms like they are remodeling some units, maybe in 2 or 3 years they'll get the place up in good shape.

I mean... you get what you paid for, I wasn't expecting a luxurious suite. At least the front desk lady agreed to change our room since we had our baby with us and the first room she had assigned smelled a lot like cigarettes, clearly unhealthy for our baby, but the next room she assigned was ok, we spent a night with no mentionable issues, the pool was more than dirty, not that we had the intention of using it but... there's that.
