How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One day there was a receptionist who made a big deal about requesting the car 10 minutes early. That was a bit strange. It's valet parking but she didn't want to call the car until we were already waiting. Instead of having it ready when we would come down
Beautiful design throughout the hotel. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and got a welcome drink when we walked in. The car was arranged within 10 minutes every time. Great location with lots of restaurants close by and close to the beach

The restaurant on property was super Instagram vibes! Very cute! Staff & Customer service was exceptional! The aesthetic of the hotel was very beautiful! Location was great! less then a block away from a 24 hours pharmacy OVERALL it was an amazing stay, we really did enjoy it!

Front office staff seems rather disinterested, long wait to get to talk to someone there, no one greats you as you walk past them. Confusing system for beach towels, in the room they are not replaced, at reception you have to sign a form, and they tell you that you can only get 2 (we are a family of 4). Room wasn't very clean on arrival and cleaning was overall average. Hotel seems understaffed.
Great location, 1 block from the beach, beach lounge chairs, towels and golf cart transfer. Pool is small but nice, food is good, the pool waiter/barman is great, comfortable room.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable I asked for a soft topper and don’t have. 4 pm check in is too late, we waited after our flight from 10 am

The Nespresso coffee machine in the room comes with only 2 free coffee capsules, we stayed for 4 nights so had to pay for extra. Seems really tight given the cost of the rooms are on the higher side.
Stylish and comfortable, well located. Loved the gym and the cologne which is air sprayed throughout the lobby and communal areas.

Poor soundproofing of the rooms - especially for rooms by the stairs. Ideally have written information of hotel facilities/opening hours etc.
Location was great, very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were comfortably sized and looked exactly like the photos.

Stayed 5 nights and would have appreciated if the bedsheets had been changed without us asking to do so... apparently these only get changed at the end of the stay, no matter the length. Towels do get changed so no issue with that!
Loved that the hotel had its own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas - people at the beach were also very nice. The hotel also provides a beach bag with towels which is great considering towels take a lot of space in the luggage! The hotel location is perfect, with Lincoln road super close and many restaurants around. It is obviously South Beach but doesn't feel as touristic as being around the Ocean Drive area - which is a plus if it's not your first trip to Miami!

I found that for the price, the rooms were too small. The beds were comfortable, and the details were great (lights, shower, bathrobes, complimentary coffee and tea), but the romls were not at all spacious.
I mostly liked the location, it was close to restaurants and the beach , without being noisy

Poor internet wifi connection in the room, almost impossible to find beach kioks dedicated to hotel with beach chairs, and a room for 4 gets only two beach items.. a place to improve

Rooms were not sound proof at all, could hear everything from hallway, people walking, conversations from other rooms. Room lighting not the best. Room tv was not easy to work with. Room didnt have adequate space to out luggage anywhere.
Greet location, great pool area. Both male Bartenders were excellent.

No place to pull in to unload at checking. You must leave your car on the street outside the hotel in no parking zones, until the valet runs out to get it. The parking must be far away as it takes a long time to get your car. Rooms around the pool lack privacy- you must keep your curtains closed so no natural light in the room. No coffee bar or grab and go service for snacks. Feels crowded- public areas are small and intimate.
Modern and hip vibe. Great bath products. Attractive decor. Very comfortable beds. 2 blocks from the beach and on the edge of the super crowded hotel area, but very much walking distance.

There is no kettle in the room to make your own coffee, but I suppose it is like that everywhere in the States.
The location is very central. The hotel has a modern vibe.
