We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe heating/cooling unit and wall thermostat weren't working properly during our stay. We had to ask for extra blankets to stay warm at night. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, and it got really humid and stuffy in there. Also, we weren't given fresh towels or extra coffee/cups for the next day. The colors on the TV were unnatural, and the remote had no way to access the channel guide! Breakfast was fair, but the muffins were good.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our needs, and the location was very convenient. Easy to find, restaurants within short walking distance. Room was clean and well spaced. Mostly quiet.

United StatesThe entire bottom of our shower was covered in little hairs as soon as we got up to it when we checked in so it definitely had not been cleaned. The male working in the morning gave us some unnecessary sass. Our bed was also not very stable.
The breakfast was a nice option for us since we had to be up early both mornings!! Jasper who worked evenings was very helpful both evenings!

United StatesMy room was not especially clean. Our mattress pad was visibly dirty through the sheets. The air conditioner had molded spots on it and the room did not smell as great. This was a ground floor room so little beetle bugs were in the room. The window was dirty with either mold or dirt. The front desk changed our bed and was cooperative so that was a plus. The bed was not comfortable at all. I’ve stayed here before and had a much nicer and cleaner room.
The property is located by food, stores and right by the highway.

United StatesThe front staff were rude and disrespectful to say the least. very unprofessional. Check in, Ashley, tried to move me to a different hotel without giving me a reason. got very upset and irritated when I said I had teenagers staying there with their track team for state track meet & I wasn’t going to another hotel. Very disrespectful and rude once I got there to check in and upon checkout the guy didn’t have a name badge on and was very rude as well.
