How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Few amenities, such as shampoo, etc. Rooms are small. Loud air conditioner.
Couldn't beat the price. Clean, helpful front desk. Good location near Interstate, breakfast restaurants.

I didn't expect the property to be so old and run down. I don't expect I'll use you again.

This time was given a room on third floor due to second floor being shut down. There was more noise heard from the interstate than the previous stay.
Facility was very clean and price was good.

In kind of a weird location which I would have had trouble locating without gps.
Room was very clean and bright. Very reasonable price. Didn't offer breakfast but didn't need as we met with son at a local restaurant for breakfast. Employees very friendly and helpful. TV worked well, bathroom towels and bedding all fresh and new.

The bed was not overly comfortable.

The bed was squeaky. It wasn't the bed frame but seemed to be either the box spring or the mattress

I got away from work later than expected and stopped at this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, updated and QUIET room, even though it is located very close to the expressway. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

Mattress and pillow not very comfortable.
Cleaner and in better shape than I feared for the price. A good deal. Towels were new. Very friendly staff. Allowed early check-in.

Could hear footsteps above us but not a big deal.
Exceeded expectations on all aspects. Room and facilities very clean. Comfortable beds. Location very good. Right off interstate and next to uncrowded paved trail. Great for walking our dogs. Also very dog friendly and no pet fee. Staff very friendly. Best budget motel experience we've ever had. Great value and very satisfied.

There was a loud TV on all evening long right next to my room. The first employee I asked for help, since I couldnt sleep like that, didnt do anything about it! That was around 9pm. So I asked the next shift person and then he figured there was actually no one in that room and still the TV was on and extremely loud, so he turned it off. That was around 2am, and I could finally sleep.

VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND. ITS CLOSE TO THE INTERSTATE, BUT YOU HAVE TO DRIVE IN A CIRCLE BEHIND TWO CAR LOTS TO REACH IT.
I HAVENT STAYED IN A MOTEL 6 IN YEARS, THEY HAD ALL BECOME RUNDOWN, DIRTY AND WERE NO BARGAIN, BUT BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS ONE A TRY. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! IT WAS CLEAN, WELL APPOINTED, GREAT PREMIUM CABLE, COMFORTABLE BED AND NICE TOWELS. IN ADDITION PETS STAY FREE AND THE PRICE WAS 25% LESS THAN OTHER PLACES I HAD STAYED AT IN TOWN BEFORE.

The room had no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. Also be sure to pack shampoo and conditioner.
The customer service was exceptional, there was always someone at the front desk ready to help. Our room was clean and tidy, no complaints.
