We were not impressed with the hotel restaurant. The food wasn't good and it was cold. There are many other places to eat so it would not hinder another stay. There is also major construction next door which at times was loud though the hotel has no control over it and it wasn't so bad that we couldn't live with it.

The hotel and staff were very nice. We would certainly stay again. The proximity to the beach and FT Lauderdale by the Sea are great! Plus, one of the people we met at the pool told us about Circuit, the ride system which was very helpful as we flew in and don't rent a car. We didn't need long rides but running to the store or out to dinner got much easier! Some the minor maintenance needed to be completed. The door handle of the bathroom door in our room came off whenever we tried to turn it.

The widows were filthy and there were stains on The furniture . And we were woke up by Jack hammering and drills in the room above us. Sounded like they were in the room with us..would have been nice to see that the resort was under construction when we were booking.

odd smell in the room (pretty sure it was just A/C mixing with humidity) & water was tinted yellow.. other than that, it was great! Carpet has definitely seen better days but things can’t stay new forever

everywhere i looked i saw warnings of charges i would incur if i broke any of the myriad of rules. i felt like i was being treated as a potential criminal rather than valued guest. room was very run down. sleeper sofa completely broken. kitchen not well equipped. coffee maker totally insufficient. living room carpet had many stains. glass bathroom door limited privacy and exposed bedroom occupants to unwanted light when in use at night. i was warned of a fee for each towel card not returned, yet encouraged to drop them into a communal bin at check out with no way of discerning who had returned which cards.

location is great. beach is beautiful & pool area very nice. housekeeping was prompt and effective.

Was not warned about the construction going on in the rooms. They didn’t start until about 9 am, so we made sure to head to the pool/beach before then!

The only bad issue is the jet ski rental on the beach area takes up a lot more space than they actually need to. On a busy beach day it would be very crowded for no reason. The could easily operate in about half the room they take for themselves.

The rooms are clean, the staff was friendly. Super nice view from the balcony. The resort was not crowded at all. The location is great you can walk to many restaurants and stores. Ride the water taxi for a night, it's well worth the money. It

Hard to relax between the loudness of the chillers on one side and the constant noise from the construction on the other side. Also they were renovatimg our floor the last 2 days and we had an obstacle course getting to the elevators which 2 of 3 were down most of the week. Then on day we didn't get towels and called the front desk twice and asked one of the housekeepers and finally had to go down to the desk and make someone go gets us towels so we could get a shower and go to dinner.

Rooms were outdated, cleaning crew only came in once to spruce up the whole time we were there. We didn’t ask for anything extra but we thought it would be an everyday thing. The restaurant on the resort was overpriced and not good at all.

The beach access was great. There were a few things that were within walking distance. Dunkin, McDonald’s, pizza place, and a grocery store. Everyone was pretty nice and accommodating. Tons of lounge chairs available. The bartenders were awesome at the outside bar by the pool.

Food prices and drink prices at the hotel were outrageous!!! Considering the tiki at Ocean Manor has good food and lower prices.

My third time staying at Ocean Sky, the properties always clean and well maintained, is it 5 star? no But again it is always clean and well maintained. All rooms have an open view and balcony which is nice .

Upon arrival we were given a room on the 2nd floor with our “partial view” was of the roof top air conditioners right off the balcony. We asked for a different room but we’re told they had no other rooms to offer. I was kept awake from the constant humming of the units. The next day I demanded a different room and later that day the complied. The new room was on the 9th floor with a nice view.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool, patio and Tiki hut were well maintained and offered the true tropical atmosphere.

Housekeeping didn't vacuum at all, so we had sand on our floor throughout our stay. They also missed our room one day and we didn't get fresh towels brought to us even after requesting them.

The beach was beautiful, parking was convenient. Most of the staff were friendly. The grounds were kept very clean.

I didn’t like how stingy they were with towels and the restaurant and bar closes by 10 PM. They need to have a little shopping area in the lobby that is open late. With food and drinks. Most people are there on vacation keep in mind. anytime I wanted food past 10 PM. We had to get an Uber or get delivery. Hassle.

The common areas òf the hotel are good. The rooms could use an upgrade. Balconies have no privacy. The valet parking method often blocks the entrance creating a line up of cars waiting to pickup guests.

Hotel is in a good location right on the beach an a 30 minute walk to many other bars and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient.
