I feel like the hotel needed a deep clean. Carpets, walls, etc. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. There were seven giant hairballs in the pool area on the ground. The place was really packed so check in took awhile with one girl running the front desk. She was then unprepared to give change when I paid in cash. Didn’t even give me the right change after asking if I could wait until tomorrow for change. One of the exterior doors by our room clearly stated not to prop open the door, yet every time we went by it was propped open with a rock because there was no key swipe to get in the first door. If someone managed to get in that door (which was always propped open), the next door had the key swipe, but it didn’t matter because the door was not locked anyway. Probably used to be a pretty fancy hotel. Still is very nice, but showing age.

Staff were very nice. The place is big and has a lot of potential. The pool was a great size and had a large 2 foot area and then got to over 8 ft deep. Pool area was rather large and the greenhouse glass made it really warm and cozy.

Blood on the carpet. Stinky carpet and no hot water in the first room and the drain in the bathtub was clogged. Told the front desk and got a different room which was better but the floors are stinky In the room and blood stain on the carpet.

Very stingy with supplies. Less towels for swimming given than people needed, could only give 1 room card, had no more fitted sheets to replace ours. Also, EVERY morning the pool had a "closed for maintenance" sign on it till the early afternoon. Not sure why, but plan accordingly as you won't get to swim in the morning.

The pool was very good sized, lots of fun for the kids. Breakfast was good, and lots of seating. Beds were comfy and fridge good sized.

At night Kids running up and down the hall, bang of doors and very loud noise's from room next door. I finally got up and went to room next to ua and let them know it was enough and then we were able to sleep.

Breakfast was good , Clean and good Fruit , the whole place was clean. Easy to get too ,even with the Construction, Our bed was ok , but the sides of the bed were firm and the kinda rolled down to the center. Our last stay the bed was better.

This is not a 3 star hotel. No pool, cold breakfast cereal and this is fine as long as they keep the price of the room down. 50-60 bucks a night it's fair.

TV remote didn't work so we had to move all our belongings to another room. The bed sloped toward one side but was comfortable.

A good portion of the hotel was undergoing renovations. Which is ok, but it wasn't disclosed upon booking. I felt the security was subpar and honestly, it was a little off putting.

My son liked the pool. I liked that it was quiet and close to Boy's Town Hospital.

No AC in the halls. AC in the room wouldn’t automatically stop once it reached the set temp so we had to keep getting up to switch it on or off. TV didn’t work. The staff was okay, not nice but not rude either.

Property seemed relatively nice. It was clean in the lobby, hallways, and elevator. Breakfast was okay but limited on options.

The hallway to my room had a mildew odor for the better part of my stay. I think I saw a housekeeper on my floor once in my 4 day stay. The exterior needs spruced up. The bar/restaurant in the hotel was not open which was a waste of space in my opinion. Property is just outdated and then there’s the construction at the end of the street (not the hotels fault but an inconvenience just the same)

I'm not happy that when I booked this hotel it said it was 3 miles from the venue I was going to. It was more like 9 miles. This is a booking.com issue. This isn't the first time this has happened. The money I spent on a uber was way more then planned due to the hotel being way further away then said. Because this is the second time I've had this issue with booking com I don't think I will be booking through them again

Breakfast could use some work. The garbage to put plates was overflowing, utensils were not stocked, not a large selection of breakfast items. In private entrance on side of building there was a lot of garbage that was never cleaned. Pool was supposed to open at 7 am but wasn't unlocked/opened until after 8.

Everything was out of order. Laundry, one elevator, ice machine… The breakfast was toast. They claimed they didn’t get a food order, but we saw the truck and the next day it was the same. No microwave in the room and the guy said he was sure there was one in the room. No there wasn’t. So he would have one brought the next day, the day we checked out. So hopefully the next guest will have one. Then I heard a lady in management tell a gentleman to “send out mass emails to get people here from out of town. Say whatever you need to, just get them in the door.” I’m that person, and not having many of the thing’s advertised, doesn’t make the stay great. Why lie? That’s pretty crappy practices. We paid more than usual to get less than “cheaper” hotels offer. And then had to spend more on food because bread isn’t breakfast, and there wasn’t a microwave available. Then to hear that management knows they are lying to get you in the door, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will say the front staff lady during the day, with the beautiful rainbow hair was amazing and kind.

Was not aware that the hotel was short staffed, and wouldn't be serving breakfast. Also, our room had an open cup in the shower, and I'm pretty sure a small smear of blood on the wall entering the shower. Construction around the hotel made it pretty difficult to get to. (Not their fault, I get that.)

The overnight staff was VERY friendly. Absolute rock stars. Had us pre-checked in and only needed a few questions answered. Had the keys and everything ready to go.

The breakfast was good but they did not keep it filled. The morning of my arrival, I asked for a room near the exit on the ground floor. She said that she could not assign a room until after 3 pm. I tried calling after 3pm and I could not get an answer. I finally got an answer at 5 pm and I was placed 7 rooms down from the exit.
