We felt the room rate was a bit steep for what we received. Also very disappointed to be put in a handicap room. The lighting was terrible, the vanity outside of the bathroom was inconvenient, the floors were dirty, and there was no luggage rack.

The rooms were not cleaned well. Had chips all over the floors, in the corners, and under the bed. The toilet was clogged when we got to our room. White sheets had black stains on them and 1 pillow case was dirty.

The heat in the room failed and was uncomfortable the second night. The room decor was office-like and utilitarian, not very homey. That may be intentional for the average clientele.

Pool area was fine but it was messy from people leaving cans of beer or truly around. It wouldve been nice if staff was around to help manage this. Honestly the guests should throw away their own cans. Some guests were loud and playing music with explicit lyrics (not hotel music) and there were children trying to enjoy the pool. Just a little strange. Again I believe staff should of helped with this so that everyone could enjoy the pool.

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet in the room despite being a weekend.

I thought for the rate that I paid, I would get a clean room. Instead, there was dust everywhere from the cups to the door to the lamp. Basically everywhere I looked there was dust and again for the price of this hotel per night, I would’ve expected a clean room overall. This definitely made my state feel uncomfortable because from the glasses, ice, bucket, coffee, machine, and other places of the hotel room, it grossed me out. Although I did or not pictures of the bathroom or lobby, I added pictures of the dust and they could only fit three pictures.

I really like the location of this property and it’s such a huge hotel.

fix the elevator issue since it seems to be a recurring problem according to the fire fighters that were there and make sure rooms are what people are paying for

We had booked a stay at this hotel for my Fiances 33rd birthday. When we checked in the girl the was helping us was nice and said she wanted to upgrade us to the top floor to a nicer room. When we arrived to our room the people next to us were super loud and it looked like the room hadnt even been cleaned yet. The floors were super dirty there were crumbs of food still on the night stand and we had to wipe down the sink and the elevator got stuck which was a big deal considering im deathly affraid of being confined to a small space like that for paying almost 300 for a 1 night stay we probably wont be back
