We visited alongside our friends & our deposit was taken on my friends husbands card (who I'd not met until this trip) upon leaving I thought the checkout was at 12... then realised it was actually at 11!! Which meant me & 3 kids had to SCRAMBLE out of the room to allow housekeeping in. I also forgot there were dishes in the sink & food in fridge & garbage in the bin.... as i was rushed, it totally slipped my mind! My FRIENDS husband was charged a fee for us leaving our dishes in the sink!! He was also sent a message from the hotel commenting at the "very dirty" state the room was left in.... I suffer from an autoimmune disease, which leaves me with forgetfulness & I was treated abruptly when messaging the hotel because I forgot to do the dishes... so I asked them to please refund him (as I do not even know him) & charge me the fine for washing the dishes instead... I was told they will not refund & its down to booking.com to sort that out, not them. I will not be returning as I felt discriminated against & believe they need to sort out their customer service!!

Clean, spacious..... nice staff... not too far from the beach... there's a free beach trolley that goes from opposite the hotel all the way down the central Miami South Beach. Shops & cafés close by... would have preferred the pool to be open later it closes at 8, which I think would have been nice till 10 to experience night swimming.

We booked this hotel "last minute" and we don't regret it. Staff were very nice and helpful, it was clean because ladies were cleaning every day. Great location - many option for buses, trolleys, short walk to the beach, some trips offered by hotel

Beds make a lot of noise when you get in and out from plastic under the bed linens. Loud cars racing down streets at night are a little annoying. You can hear people and activity from room next to you. Strict kitchen cleaning rules a pain in the butt when trying to pack and get out by 11. They'll charge you if you don't clean it up.

The hotel was great. Comfortable, clean, cute and bright. I would definitely stay here again.

All the hidden fees. make sure to read the rules and fine print cause the hidden fees and stuff are listed. I didn’t like that I had to dispose of my trash and that there was no trash can in the hotel room that’s a job for housekeeping not mine as a guest. Also parking situation is absolutely horrendous.

The area is a little noisy. A little pricey but that’s just Miami in general.

Good place, convenient, very friendly staff. Close to the beach and the chairs are provided for free. Room was nice and clean. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well stocked for any meal. There is a free Trolley line bus stops one block away. Good location close to restaurants. Publix Grocery and 24 hour Walgreens within walking distance.

The amount for the incidentals was a bit much considering what the hotel offers. No breakfast offered & for the price of the stay, a continental breakfast would’ve been nice.

The property was very clean, great location, not crowded, and good parking options. Access to beach chairs & umbrella was an extra perk and the proximity to the beach was so convenient! The staff was kind and knowledgeable.
