Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This RedRoof Inn exceeded my expectations, even had an elevator in lobby. Traveling a lot, I was on a tighter budget this time. 2 night stay on a weekend was under 200$. My usual go to are Hampton and Holiday Inn. My only minimal complaint is that the entrance way doors are not automatic opening and you really had to pull to open the doors. Very Clean! Friendly! Easy parking👍

The room was what we expected. We were on a road trip and stopped in for the night. It is right off the expressway which was great as we were back on the road the next morning and there are several restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast was good.

United StatesThis property was clean and at a great value. There is plenty of parking availability. Multiple restaurants are in the areas with some being within walking distance. This is a pet friendly facility and while there I met a few awesome pets. When I walked into the lobby I could tell that it was a nice hotel. Even my Uber driver stated how nice it looked from the outside opposed to others that he had seen before. The evening shift worker that checked me in made me feel welcome from the beginning of the experience. She was very helpful and extremely nice. Entering the room was amazing. The room was clean and spacious with a pretty decent view. The bathroom was clean and stocked with basic amenities. As well as the coffee area in the room. This was the first hotel that I could smell the clean in The sheets, blankets and pillows. That was a major plus for me. The beds are pretty comfortable and the pillows are amazing. Breakfast was offered in the morning but I was enjoying the bed so much that I missed it. But the aroma of the coffee in the morning, even in the second floor, was amazing. The property is fairly quiet for the most part. Most people’s mornings start early and you do hear a little traffic in the halls then. The heating and cooling is great as well. The tv is a pretty good size for the footage of the room. While there i experienced a horrible situation where I was stranded and I was blessed to have come across the property manager. He, his family and other employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. He made sure I was comfortable while I was there and he even made sure I made it to the airport so I could return home. He didn’t have to do that for me and I am beyond thankful for his actions. That showed me that there are still great people with great hearts in this world. I recommend this property to anyone that will be in the London area and needing a great stay with great people that really care about their customers.
