Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shuttle bus transfer service is really great and support us to catch early flight.

NetherlandsI would only be being picky.. but breakfast should have been on at 4am... but it was not. I only wanted coffee... and it was there, but if you wanted breakfast, it was not ready.
For the fare I paid, I can not complain about this hotel. It is not the Ritz, but it was clean, rooms were a bit dated but acceptable. Bed was comfortable, shower was fine. Room had a fridge which I needed. Even though I had to be at the airport at 04:30am, they still offered a shuttle bus. Anyone needing a room near the airport for a bargain, this would be the hotel to go to. I will probably need to book a room again soon, and will stay here.

United StatesNo USB ports to charge phones. Hot water was not set high enough. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen/had: egg frisbees that were dried out, hard boiled eggs were stored in the refrigerator but shelled and placed in an egg holder??!! Not in a bowl covered or protected from drying out. The breakfast room is under construction and not entirely cleaned up of construction dust. There were people yelling in the halls at midnight. We received only one key card and it expired after only one day - we stayed two and were locked out. I'm using a walking stick and had to hobble around to the main door to get the key card reactivated. The front desk staff who checked me in had trouble finding my reservation. The booking app lists me under a nickname and last name. It also gives a reservation number. The staff asked me for name, reservation number etc. They found me eventually but not without a gotcha type comment that the trouble was because I use different names. I didn't like their assumption that I know exactly what information is used by the app versus the hotel system. In other words, I didn't like to be mocked for causing 'trouble'
Liked the beds, the layout and the walk in shower. It was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were very convenient. Like that pets are allowed.
