The room I was in was quite far around the corridor so the Wi-fi connection wasn't the greatest and I had to use a laptop hotspot to use it on my mobile, but wasn't too bad.

The hotel is in a really good location for points of interest and there are shops and food options close by. The rooms are pretty spacious and pretty good quality for a small break. Surrounding areas also felt safe as a solo traveler.

The bed was not the most comfortable one we have ever slept in and the pillows were very flat. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of wallflowers that made it hard to breathe.

The location of this property for the price is hard to beat we were just a couple blocks from bus stations and a metro station. The White House was just down the road along with Ford’s Theater and Old Ebbitt Grill. Everything was clean.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and again, this is probably the worse WiFi I have every year in businesses trips. I complain every year but the issues are never solved. Slow, unstable, unreliable even for basic tasks. C'mon, we are in 2024. Connectivity is basic, specially for a hotel located in a business area.

The property seems to be the victim of trolling which can be a little startling when you see it online. I’m not sure if this would be good for a longer stay, but for a short or busy stay it seems ideal.

Historic building, bed was comfortable, room was very clean. It is in a great location and in easy walking distance from everything. It is pretty bare bones, but the listing seems upfront about that. It is in a noisy area, aka a downtown in an urban city, so if that bothers you come prepared.

An average hotel with a need for a facelift. Good choice if you a visiting DC as it is centralt placed, although I would not stay for several nights. Less ideal for business trips, as the rooms are small and facilities of no use.

The room is tiny. I mean really tiny. 2 luggages on the floor took all the space in the room. the bathroom was okay. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was frightening to wake up to.

The location was perfect. The checkin was a bit frustrating, I had to go down twice to set up my card correctly.

Poor lighting made it a challenge to find in the dark on arrival. A lighted sign in front would be helpful.

Location for walking or taking metro is perfect. The outside of the hotel is not that well lit at night. Check in was easy. My room was directly across from the elevator, but it didn't really bother me and there wasn't much noise after 11 pm.

The hotel would need some renovations, stairs to the reception is not easy with luggage ( on checking out the receptionist was kind enough to help me with the luggage), The room was neat and very tide but their were strands of hair on the bed sheets. Coffee machine in the room would be much appreciated. My early check-in was accepted by the hotel through booking.com but the extra fees was not mention in the confirmation ( receptionist kindly checked me in two hours earlier free of charge).

The location was nice, less than 10 minutes to the metro station and in a walkable distance to National mall, room was neat, bathroom renovated and coffee in the reception 24/7.

Room size quite small. TV not working properly. Not too many shops and restaurants near by, and they close early in the evening.

Good location close to the metro station (blue line) and local bus service. Room ok, comfy bed, ok size bathroom, clean. Loved the shower with blurred glass bricks facing the street. You can get free coffee in the lobby + use microwave. Walking distance to the White House and The Mall attractions.

It was cold, the A/C-heater was very noisy, and the sheet on the bed was extremely thin. The water for the shower took a long time to get warm.

Someone walked into my room at 5.50am. Thank god I had the chain locking … !!! the person went away, looked like a room mistake …. When I mentioned that to the counter in the morning they brushed it off and didn’t care…

No luggage rack and the cable is extremely limited with no access to all news major news especially FOX News. I had to pull it up from my own personal cable on my laptop. Unfortunately, that small amenity missing will stick with me. Sometimes it is the smallest of things that make the biggest impact on a guest.

The location is great especially for the value! The room is smaller but quant and adequate especially for business travel.

No choice in room assignment. I was given handicapped accessible room with large bathroom (not needed). No carpets on floor so had to be careful not to slip when wet. No view except a brick wall so no light. For the price would expect some more facilities.

Historic building close to White House and adjacent areas. Rooms had been renovated. Great location for sightseeing. No food services but adjacent places to eat.
