Everything was perfect, people at the front desk were nice and helpful! It has a bar close to the pool very agreeable! It’s a great place!

The only point we did not like about this hotel was that our room was located near a lot of ACs which were so so loud, especially during the night. Take some earplugs with you.

We absolutely loved the very clean, modern and spacious room, the staff was very friendly and the hotel had a nice location near the beach. The rooftop pool is a nice place to chill and cool down from the Miami heat.

I really liked this hotel. After a week of work in Brickell, I had one night here to chill out before flying home. A great and friendly welcome, my room was immaculate, the Uma team were very helpful, the pool area was really good, a wine happy hour and I had a nice breakfast at the cafe a few doors up. Will definitely come back

The only thing I had and issue with was getting enough towels and washcloths for all three us. The window blind would go up.

The hotel was very modern and clean. I loved the atmosphere and presentation of the hotel..the rooftop was beautiful. The amenities that were offered as part of your stay were great. The staff was very Pleasant and helpful.

Sometimes the front desk staff weren't super helpful: also we heard really loud noises from the room above us-- it sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor at 8am...

Don’t have enough room to store baggage.

Excellent service and accommodation. Few days prior to our stay, a staff from Uma House reached to me and asked for details of this stay and how they can better assist us. So, I requested for an early check in and I told them that we are celebrating my best friend’s birthday. On the day of our stay, we got off from our cruise ship early and headed to the property with the intent of just leaving our baggage at the property and go around the area and just come back later to check in. But they checked us in early without any additional fees. Also, they gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne as a gift for my best friend’s birthday! The rooms were clean and have enough space to accommodate 4 people although there is not enough space for storage especially if you have big luggages with you. Location wise, it’s very near to South Beach and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Thank you Uma House for the wonderful stay and your warm accommodation!

Loved my stay! Very cute and modern hotel. Rooftop is a vibe! Free wine happy hour is a plus. They also offer free coffee and cookies in the morning. Was given coupon for connecting restaurant, and the food there was delicious! We returned multiple times. Not too bad of a walk to get to the beach, Ocean Drive, or Lincoln Road shops.

When i booked the parking was included, when i arrived, we have to pay Valey parking which is $45 by day. disappointed.

Everything was perfect except the beach. The Chairs and unmbrellas are too closely packed. It is impossible to even see the ocean. And they do not provide the towels even if you want to pay for them. Also, you need to pay extra for the umbrella. Conclusion: Go to a beach NOT associated with the Uma Hotel.

We arrived and the beds weren’t clean but that was well managed by the staff; they cleaned everything immediately and offered us free breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco

Unfortunately no breakfast options to book, but you will get a discount next door at Cafe Americano. But be aware because of the prime location, city tax, state tax, 20% gratitute prices are up there. The rooftop pool has only few beds and a bit small for the size of the Hotel, also the rooftop Bar is not open all day.

Perfect location close to the beach, middle of artdeco district, close to the expocenter. Great rooms, Sitting outside with a morning free Cuban coffee (don't drink too much because it is very strong). A couple of minutes walk you have a "private" beach with complimentary sunbeds.
