Lack of ethics from the custodial staff! Otherwise my trip was wonderful

Great place however I left a few items in my room and called out 4 hours later and surprisingly they were not there. Amazing how a room not rented again has nothing in it. Either the program for lost and found does not work or the cleaning staff have a beautiful new bikini and some nice new jewelry! Exported directly from Espana!

Placement of toilet roll in bathroom we had to reach back almost behind us. But, with a pocket door in the other wall it was the only option.

Clean, knowledgeable and friendly staff, the whole property was well thought out and room was small but well planned and very functional.

There was nothing to dislike, it’s a great hotel

We loved everything about the Aventura. There is nothing negative to say about his hotel. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. There was so many food choices in the Urban Pantry and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely. The pool was great but you also had Volcano Bay beside the hotel so you could pop in there if you fancied some fun on a water slide. The transportation to the theme parks was super too.

The pool area was quite intimate which was ok, but I found it closed randomly at certain times with no explanation. It would also be even better to keep it open until 11 pm in line with Disney . Nightly car parking is also chargeable at this hotel (although I actually think all universal hotels charge for this ) This is something I really have an issue with as it really adds up to what can be a very expensive vacation. I’d like to see reduced rates or a discount offered for the few days for when we have a car.

Great location, modern and comfortable. The food offerings were very good and well priced. Staff were helpful and polite. The property was clean and the rooms were a decent size with plenty of facilities.

The hotel pool is small but functional,l. This is more than compensated for by the ability to pool hop with other Universal hotel, and Volcano Bay is right next door.

Great location and price. The ability to use the water taxi from Sapphire Falls to the City walk is a great benefit. The option to pool hop with other Universal hotels is fantastic. The food options are a little limited but reasonably priced and good quality.

This hotel was great - rooms were spacious and clean, the free bus to universal studios was very frequent, and the pool area was lovely. We drove here from Miami and could drop our Avis hire car keys right to the reception. Great value for money!

Staff issue on the roof top bar, one staff member was quite abrupt about only ordering from her now we were in their area and not to go up to the bar. We aren't aware this is how service works and I think it could of been worded better, so we left. We had stayed previously that week for 3 nights 4 days and our room didn't get cleaned, would of appreciated clean towels, could of requested I suppose, not a massive deal.

The location is amazing and the beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is lovely with good cocktails and food. Lots of parking spaces and easy to access from hotel lobby. We used the washing services which are super handy, washing up powder there to purchase.

Modern room with good electronic control system. Amazing large lobby with restaurants and great outdoor pool. 20 min walk to parks ( even less to water park) along lakeside or free coach transfer.

The Aventura Hotel has a nice vibe, it's spacious and clean, looks elegant but not too high end. Just the right amount of everything. Easy access to pool area (which is nice) and a lot of elevators to the rooms. No wait times, great eating area and a Starbucks in the Lobby area. The rooms have a good size and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
