Beautiful rooms, nice staff and perfect location to move around NYC and Jersey City. Just rated 9 and not 10 because breakfast is alright. Not bad, but for $15 I expect more. However, plenty of places to have breakfast in the area

The staff was a bit sleepy at times. The service was slow and unenthusiastic. Messages were often answered with a delay of more than a day. The hotel lobby was deserted and made the entrance a bad impression.

We traveled to the hotel as a family of four and stayed 3 nights.We chose the hotel because we were going on a cruise from Cape Liberty. The price-quality ratio was excellent and from this location you have very convenient bus connection to Manhattan. (You should take the bus from the road "above" the hotel, although the Navigator first directed us to the stop at the ALDI market). There was a food bazar market nearby where you could get an evening snack for the children. The nearby self-service laundromat was super convenient.

The wi-fi is very bad in the room, most of the time is not working, need to fix this issue.

The room is very clean and comfort, also it is big enough, the mattresses are so comfortable, the price is reasonable, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The carpets in the hallways were dirty and smelly but the room was perfect.

We greatly appreciated that they picked us up in an airport shuttle. The driver waited for us to find the pick up location.

- Air Conditioner/Heating in the room was extremely noisy (we had to ask to turn it off) - Although the room was clean, the corridors were dirty. In 7 nights of stay, the room was cleaned only once, at least twice would be great, specially because we travelled with children. - There was a crack in the ceiling, with the paint falling off. It looked like water seepage, up to our bed… we were a little worried, but the staff said they were already taking care of it. We had to trust…

Location was good, not an attractive neighbourhood but at least, only 5 minutes walk from the Supermarket & Bus Station, which the Bus will bring you to the Port Authority Terminal in Manhattan (+- 20 minutes distance). Bed and pillows were ok. We didn’t try the breakfast. Typical American Coffee was available for free, at the lobby of the hotel. Shuttle bus brought us to the NW Airport for free. Timing slots were not really good, but at least the driver (the hotel manager) was very kind and talkative, we enjoyed the chat.

The night reception was unprofessional. Some guys that turn around and even with a booking code reservation they asked and asked and take so long They make us pay in check in . Normally they have to charge me in check out with credit cards linked in booking.com In rooms smell a strong Indian scent hard to sleep at night The reception girl in morning was really nice and knows what to do .

Too Few towels in room (2) and no bath mat. Staff was unfriendly and curt and the front desk when we were checking in so we didn’t feel comfortable calling to ask for more towels. For the price, breakfast should have been included. It’s not that nice of a place to warrant extra for breakfast since they don’t have a restaurant/bar (and certainly not $15 for it).

We had reservations for Dec 22 and check in is at 4pm. We got there at 2 am, Dec 22 and asked if we can extend our stay to include the Dec 21 in order for us to go in the room and rest after a long trip. The front desk male appeared to have an actitud and I felt rushed. He wanted to see my reservation and once I showed him, he then told me that a new reservation needed to be made for one day which I didn’t have no problem. He demanded 200 cash for deposit but I didn’t have it. He appeared to get upset. I payed with my credit card for the 21 and he said that I needed to be in the front desk by 11am to activate our Dec 22 reservation. He then told me that he will charge me again 200 for deposit even though we will be staying in the same room the whole time. He only took my phone number and give me a room key. I think it was nice of him to give a room far away from the party/club they have next to the lobby. Around 10 we went back to the front desk to check in again. The lady was nice.Sense we were keeping the same room until the 24 i decide to place my dirty laundry in the bag inside the waste basket sense there wasn’t laundry bags available in the room. I placed the do not disturb card outside the door so the housekeeper won’t enter. The hotel have signs everywhere stating that housekeeper will only enter the room on the third day. The room didn’t have curtains just a basic roll down shade. The sun light filtrate the room very early in the morning and I couldn’t sleep and rest longer. I left the hotel and when I came back with a laundry bag I had purchased I noticed that the housekeeper entered the room and removed the bag that I had put my dirty laundry in. I guess they thought it was trash. Not happy about that.

The room was very nice. A different setup but very nice. As soon as we walked in our room we walked into the bathroom, it didn’t bother us it might to others. Passing the bathroom there a sliding door and once you slide it open you will enter the actual room. The reason I love this floor plan it was because the bed was far from the entrance and we couldn’t hear nothing that was going on.
