It was a business trip so free time to enjoy the extra amenities offerd by the hotel was non- existant, so to be charged an amenity fee that was not communicated at the time of booking was not appreciated. Great to have a parking option, but it would have been good to be advised on parking fees in advance.

Originality of the decor combined with comfort - much appreciated. Location so close to the waterfront - great. Globally a great place with character.

Very safe and alive location, just in front of Pier 39 and next to the Big Bus stop. The room was big enough and the bed very comfy. We had a microwave, freeze and a coffee machine what was appreciated since the hotel does not provide breakfast.

our room view was to the parking lot. didn't really change anything for us, as we went out all day anyhow.

Super patient receptionist (we had issues with our payment card). Good security feeling (security agents in the hotel entrace 24/7). Basically silent environment, despite the size and some larger children groups in the hotel. Nice equipped "game room" and terasse with several games in good conditions, and several fire places outside.

Very cool vibe. Nice outside area to chill and relax after a day of sightseeing. In the relatively safe tourist area very close to most of the main sightseeing areas. Table tennis, pool table and other games were fun.

Hotel Zephyr is a nice hotel around the corner from Pier 39 in Fisherman's Wharf area of San Francisco. Room was spacious with ensuite bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back again. 😃

You can hear when someone is showering in the other room or just using a water, doors don’t go all way down, you can see the light from the hallway. It is a little big expensive … but ok it is a good location.

The location is perfect, the garden with fire and smores, nice staff, very nice interior, the bed is comfortable.

No restaurant in the hotel, so no room service. Parking very expensive.

We loved the lobby, the outside garden, playroom, bottomless coffee at the lobby, kids (and adults) enjoyed the s’mores. Staff were super helpful and responding very fast. Rooms were clean and quiet, although the windows were facing the street.

The next day we had problems finding another person who booked us the cruise in the bay at sunset, but the reservation was wrong and for another activity. Asking the reception nobody knew the name of this last contact and we want to point out that there is no control over the people entering and leaving the lobby despite there is 24/24 security. We call for immediate action and greater control over the people who operate in the consierge being a useful service offered and not to deceive other innocent tourists.

The stay was pleasant, position 10/10, the rooms always clean and equipped with everything. Very useful service consierge for bookings of various activities in San Francisco. On the first day we found a very helpful lady with whom we booked the tour of Alcatraz and provided us with many suggestions.
