I believe that the staff there are happy, they are proud of where they work and are truly committed to creating a good experience for the guests. Up to the guy who assisted with our bags.... I felt a sense of true comfort around them. My autistic son jumped around and made a little noise and no-one fussed about it. I'm grateful for that.

All of our clients had problems in there rooms.
All of our clients had problems in there rooms. We booked 1 sea- view, ( which was exceptional) and 5 ( garden view )
but got at the end on arrival only 1 sea view and terrible parkingarea view rooms... no garden view?? . All of the back rooms had issues: either bathroom lights not working,, TV volume control not working, generally those rooms needs revamp, especially the bathrooms needs urgent revamps. Especially room-7 you could hear everything happening in the kitchen.

Love the scenery, the landscape, and the very family-friendly atmosphere. It has a feel of Phuket, Thailand, with tropical vegetations and the roads up and down the hills. Recommend staying in the Salt Rock area at the Salt Rock Hotel: best food/drinks, service, and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. We would definitely return to Ballito, Salt Rock area whenever we get a chance!

I love Ballito
I love Ballito
Also enjoy all the Beachfront restaurants there.
Food is great.
There is a lovely take away vibe cofeeshop in Salt Rock, called "Salt". It has the best croissant.
Love the seafood at Mozambique
We also always go to Tazos - Seafood and Tapas... Yum
Good spar at Ballito Beach.
Best to swim in the early mornings before the wind picks up
Location was excellent. It was our second visit to the place. Kids enjoyed themselves. The beach was easily accessible. We just opened the gate and we were there. The place is secure. We slept like "babies" and I managed to do my morning runs near the beach in the company of other runners, Ballito junction mall is just a few minutes away. We did our shopping. We watched a movie. We felt safe in the area
Location was absolutely amazing!! Unit was comfortable and we had all we needed, even washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Unit was clean. Ballito Accommodation (Simone) was very friendly, helpful and professional. Access to beach and resort had 5 swimming pools. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Will recommend this unit to all friends and family. We will definitely be back.
Simply AMAZING! The location is awesome. Right on the beach and the tidal pool,
with great restaurants and a convenient grocery store 3 minutes walk away. Richard and Zama were hospitable and cared for our every need. The children loved visiting them. The décor is stunning and everything you would want is provided. I could not recommend the Sugar Shack more highly.
The hotel meet and exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect with amazing beachfront views and central to a number of activities in and around Durban / Ballito . Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the property. Great value for money.
I genuinely loved everything Coco De Mer Boutique Hotel had to offer. From their spacious room, to their amazing service to their delicious breakfast and not to forget to mention they are at a prime location in Ballito, a walk away from the beachfront.
If you need a quick in and out of Ballito and dont want to spend all you money on accommodation then this is the hotel for you. It is very close to Ballito Lifestyle Center. Also they have a generator because Ballito is badly hit with loadshedding
What a wonderful apartment and location! The apartment was very big, clean and comfortable. The view in INCREDIBLE, and it was amazing that it was right on the beach. Was also impressed with building security (e.g. patrolling guard at night)
It was close to the Capital hotel and it has a shuttle to take you to some places inside Zimbali. The partial sea view was a bonus. A balcony, we enjoyed staying in the balcony and just looking at the pool, the ocean and the monkeys.
Staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is amazing :)
Great location, clean and very comfortable rooms.
it has a great swimming pool for cooling off in the evening. its my hotel of choice when I stay over in Ballito
Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Aircon perfect for the Durban heatwave we experienced. The gardens are beautiful and all the many jasmine bushes were in full bloom during our stay. Magical
In terms of location, the accomodation is centrally located and near the beaches. The view from the room was incredible. While small the rooms were decorated in a nice, updated modern fashion.
So lovely and very tastefully interiored, location also ideal. Really loved that we were allowed to access all pools, play areas, hotel and restaurants that Zimbali offers!
