Location, we were travelling with bikes and needed accommodation close to the airport for our first night. The hotel kindly allowed us, free of charge, to leave our quite large cycle boxes in their secure garage during the whole of our camino way trip - collecting our boxes on our return.
Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff.

This hotel is close to the airport, and it's exactly what you expect of these types of hotels.
Limited bar and limited food (when we arrived we could only order online deliveries to the hotel) and bar was closing 11pm.
Shower and beds were spacious, clean and comfy which is what you need for one night sleep before continuing your journey.

The staff was very helpful, nice, super friendly and always approachable.
We arrived a bit early and went for a walk, when we returned they already put our luggage in the room.
They provided us breakfast at 3am (early flight) and shuttle to the airport at 4am.
It's a shame we only had one short night there as we loved it.
Thanks for this perfect stay!

Sadly, this was my second stay at this hotel and it was not nearly as good as the first time I was disappointed that there was no soap by the sink in the bathroom nor did the soap dispenser work that was in the shower. My friend stayed in a separate room and had no hot water. When I called the front desk, they did bring me two small bottles of liquid shower gel. Also, the phone by the bed had a flashing red light throughout the entire stay. We called about it, they told us "how to fix it," but it didn't work. When we checked in, I felt that they made us wait far longer than necessary for a room to be available.
On the good side, the pizza in the bar was good and they have a great breakfast for 10 euros. Also, the airpost shuttle was good.
I'd like to stay here again, but I will be checking out other nearby hotels. Also, we paid for two nights, but left at 5:30pm on the second night and they should have treated us better.

We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds.
We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds. It is intended for passengers arriving or departing from Porto Airport, which is why we stayed there, and it is walking distance from the airport (100 metres). It is clean and comfortable and the staff were fun and helpful. The room was comfortable and airy, with big window opening onto the open area at rear of hotel. Adjacent car parking available. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Value for money was poor.
Value for money was poor.
Room had no chair but a wooden bench- not good for my back.
Poor lighting- couldn’t read in it
No instructions to work the heating etc
Rationing of heating by reception
No one answers phone when you require room service
Staff rude when dealing with customers
Training staff without asking for customer permission so lost the 15mins free drop off as family couldn’t help me upstairs with luggage!
I found this hotel to be exceptionally good value at €32 for a Saturday night stay. I needed to use the bus to return to the Camino in Maia early on Sunday morning but found it very difficult to decipher the Portuguese web information. Two of the desk staff came to my rescue and retrieved exact timetable information for me and were able to give me precise directions in fluent Englisn. Very impressive. The room was very well appointed and most importantly I slept well. I recommend Casa Teresa to all.
Super location for overnight stay near the airport. We had an early flight, so it was perfect for it. A lot of space in the room, everything needed was in the room. The price could have been lower, but all in all very nice. We booked explicitely without breakfast, it is from 4a.m. though.
Small tip: go have dinner at "Tomar de Sal", which is around 10 mins walk from the hotel. We had out last dinner in Portugal there, was amazing!
Excellent acommodation. Our room was clean, we had a very good private bathroom, AC with heating and cooling, windows have excellent blinds so the bedroom gets properly dark, wifi worked great and self checkin + general mobility was great as the property and the bedroom had electronic password locks. I can only recommed ! Maia is about 30min from the center of Porto, but a great area and super close to the airport.
The hotel is within walking distance to the airport. In addition, there is a metro station within a couple of minutes walking as well as the metro stop at the airport inself. The rooms are very quiet. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a wonderful shower. The breakfast is very nice, It offers both hot and cold options.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport. At 2 Euros per person, it's a good deal.
The hotel is a fabulous gem! Excellent, smooth reception. Within walking distance to airport and they have a free shuttle as well. Room was very large , clean, comfortable with an incredible 2 person shower! Bed linens were very nice. Free parking. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Could not have been better! Cost was 75 euros, have paid much more for rooms not nearly as nice.

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff.
The hotel is about 1km from the airport. We arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight and the hotel was able to accommodate us at very short notice. There is a metro station nearby. We didn't have breakfast but the buffet looked inviting. Comfortable bed and excellent showers. Good value for money.
In my case the location was very good, and for eating it is 5min walk from main square in Maia with restaurants. Very conveniente is the parking lot outside. You can see it was a high quality hotel some years ago, and needs some upgrading, but for a 4 star hotel the price was very honest and great value.
We didn't have the breakfast as it is not worth the money. We only needed a great comfy bed to stay for one night near the airport. We stayed a another "Stay" hotel in Lisbon, so we knew what to expect at the breakfast.
So, the bed was great, room very clean, facilities nice with a bar, and a lift.
The staff of the hotel was very nice and friendly! The lady who picked us up from the airport was just amazing and caring, offering us help and provided with so much helpful information!
Clean and warm rooms and comfy beds, it is a pity I only stayed one night!
We just needed a place to stay for one night that was close to the airport for an early flight and it was good for that. The airport shuttle from the hotel runs 24/7 and was very helpful.
Super helpful and friendly personell, Breakfast was served in the room as early as you wish (they start at 2AM), very convinient for early flights, The hotel offers airport transfer.
The room is clean and comfortable. Super big TV with Netflix (if you have time). The hotel is located near the airport and provides free transportation to the airport (5 min away).
Hotel puma is very close to the airport and have a parking space if you need it. The staff was super helpful and nice.
We had great last night in Portugal.
