I did not like the fact that I thought breakfast was included. In fact it wasn’t. I had a voucher for $25 for two people for the restaurant and the cheapest thing at the restaurant was 1399+ taxes plus coffee so I still had to pay breakfast out of my pocket for breakfast could have found different hotel couch is horrible. You need to get a foam for it
I forget the lady who I felt wit for correcting my booking and the same lady checking me in
She was black and extremely awesome
The only reason I didn’t cancel that’s how good her customer service was great job!!!

We went to watch baseball, Lethbridge is a sports town, so great for us. The town has lots of eateries and all the main shopping companies. Main street is busy but lots of button activated crosswalks.

Hotel misrepresents itself I believe in the photos.
Hotel misrepresents itself I believe in the photos. Hotel is old and rundown. Only thing upgraded was the reception area and breakfast area. Floors were squeaky, sink didn’t drain well. Beds were comfortable and the price was good. Would I stay again not sure

Our trip to Lethbridge was for family reasons, but we thoroughly enjoyed the few touristy things we were able to do. The Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens is certainly a must place to visit and worth spending a little time there and in the new Cultural Centre. As for restaurants, there is a good selection, but not all were highly rated. Ironically, the most highly recommended restaurant on TripAdvisor was Moxie's, a chain restaurant. It was, however, very acceptable and had a diverse menu. We also ate at the Mocha Cabana, and the Lighthouse Japanese restaurant. Both were very acceptable and the servings were very generous. We would have liked to try some other restaurants but found that most closed quite early during weekdays. Otherwise, out stay was very pleasant.

The beautiful and dramatic natural landscape in and around Lethbridge make it a great place to visit. We got take out food and ate in Indian Battle Park, which is very pleasant for picknicking, and the historic and still operational viaduct train bridge is well worth seeing. The downtown area is, like many small cities, suffering a bit from lack of activity. Our drive around the town showed many nice parks. In my two trips there I have enjoyed dinner at The Italian Kitchen.

Lethbridge is a small city with big heart.
Lethbridge is a small city with big heart. It’s more grass roots than I remembered growing up…but when you are immersed in something you don’t notice. Folks need to recap how to use traffic circles when visiting here. There’s a few, and we had some fun reading minds as you tried to get in and out of them (apparently signals are optional). The parks, the shopping, the overall friendly nature of Lethbridge makes up for the few that forget they share the roads and don’t own them

it is very well equipped for a small city. hospital, various eateries. picturesque surroundings. there was a small herd of deer on the verge of a major street!
we had supper at the Firestone bar and grill. food was excellent!!
The staff person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel seemed brand new. We were traveling with a dog and she gave us a room on the first floor right near the side exit, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless and designed to be aesthetically pleasing. I loved the built-in bench for our luggage and the hooks to hang jackets on.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a great shower. We had breakfast in the morning -- it was tasty with a lot of hot and cold options.
The hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly, and the room was terrific. We loved the small balcony overlooking the interior atrium. The shower had wonderful water pressure; the towels were fairly large and thick. The beds were a bit hard to suit us, but overall we loved this place. The Italian restaurant adjacent to the property was excellent and we highly recommend it.
Loved how hot the hot tub was. Pool was a slight chilly but then you just do 10 to 15mins in each and rotate and you're fine. Only other thing was the walk back to the hotel in towel was a little wierd because the pool is closer to the restaurant than the rooms. It's my second time staying here and I would again
THIS IS A PET HOTEL. Lots of animals and smells very strongly like pets. My kids are both allergic and it wasn’t good for us. the other hotels were full so we had to stay. the staff are nice and we’re apologetic but there wasn’t anything they can do.Not listed on booking.com as a pet hotel.
BE AWARE
The room is big- a lot of space, there is a big desk with a chair, mirror everywhere, very clean. new equipment, Breakfast is O.K.
The place is professionally managed, Staff are kind.
I would recommend to others.
I will return if i will be looking for hotel in this area in the future.
The hotel was great, and we enjoyed all of it.
Breakfast was included, and the seating area was nice.
The front counter staff was very friendly.
Rooms were spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.
The soaps, etc, in the bathroom were from Dove, so that is a nice touch.
Plenty of parking.
Everything. The staff was terrific, friendly and helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable and way over our expectations. The breakfast was absolutely great and a very extensive menu. We would highly recommend this hotel. The room rate was value plus!!
The friendliest lady that checked us in started the exceptional stay at your hotel. She smiled and chatted like we were friends. I WILL BE BACK. This is a perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and the best pillows. Thank you.
A pleasant hotel with well-equipped rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient for me. I was here on a business trip and everything was quite sufficient for me. I can recommend to everyone :-)
This an older motel that we like to stay at when visiting Lethbridge. We bring our bicycles into the room when not using. For our purposes the motel is fine
For the price I paid, breakfast should be complimentary. There was no breakfast. I could have gotten a free breakfast at a different hotel for that price.
