There are no words to describe our short stay at this hotel. Not only our spacious, clean room and the variety of choices in the breakfast, but the staff is what makes the difference. They offered luggage assistance, useful tips for visitors and complementary water bottle and coffee capsules in the room. Totally recommended, we will definitely come back. The staff were stellar, really going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. From coordinating the arrival and bookings for a friend’s birthday, and checking in to see what we needed for the day, they were committed to making our stay amazing.
Rooms were comfortable, absolutely beautiful. We had a two bedroom, which was spacious and tastefully decorated. There were enough plug points, and enough storage space. The one bedroom we booked had a great view of the pool. There was a lift that made it convenient and accessible for anyone with needs. There was tea and coffee available, not always refilled but you could call at any time to request a specific tea flavour that they had and they would just refill it for you.
Bathrooms had responsive hot water and good water pressure. We needed to be a bit careful with angling the shower head in the smaller bathroom as the glass door had a bit of a gap which was part of the design, resulting in water leaking out to the bedroom, but room service was so fast and efficient in cleaning it up and they had staff come and check immediately.
Our location on Platys Gialos was great for the beach although unfortunately it was a bit too cold when we went.
Our concierge Thanos and Georgia the receptionist were wonderful at coordinating, but their entire staff were really great.

I had the pleasure of staying at Trinity Mykonos for 3 nights with my husband, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with breath-taking views that added to the charm of our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager, Alessandro. He created a warm, friendly, and genuinely happy atmosphere throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Our time at Trinity Mykonos was so memorable that we're already planning to come back. Platis Yialos is a very nice beach. There is a charge for the use of the sunbeds which is quite expensive. There is a good beach bar called Yialo Yialo. They serve good food and the staff are very nice in there. Do not go to the DK Oyster bar, this is the bar with the black umbrella's outside on the beach. They have a terrible reputation for ripping people off, sometimes for 100's of Euros. This happened to me a number of years ago and happened to another resident in our hotel this year. The beach is well organised, with many restaurant options. There’s a 5 stars hotel, with a beach bar called Branco, which was really good. I’d say that 85% of the beach is covered by the sun beds for rental. The remaining part is public, so people can lay down on the sand on their own towels. The water is beautiful, clean, and transparent. However, a bit cold in October.

The room and facilities overall was great but not as pictured(as we booked 4 twin beds). The 2 pools we visited are gorgeous as exactly as pictured and very clean. This place is amazing I will be coming back and I recommend others do too! It is also 5 minutes from Platis Gialos beach. There is also a bus stop near by hotel which takes you to Mykonos town(about 15-20 mins bus ride). There is also a convenient store near by and some great restaurants.
