Alex welcomed us to Salzburg and a long trip on from Vienna. He was kind courteous and helpful. After learning that it was Mozart’s birthday and Mozart festival week. He helped me book a concert that suited our schedule. And the property is perfectly located in a walk only zone where all the attractions are walkable. Salzburg and Altstadt are Wunderbar! The hotel was really beautiful and felt so Austrian which was fun as it was our first time in the country. Our room had a lovely sitting area with windows overlooking the pool. The outside area looked stunning. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very convenient having a restaurant at the hotel although very few people spoke English and the menus were not in English. Thankfully google translate on our phones saved the day!
