Large parts of the space inside and outside the hotel are filled with green plants and flowers; they are the first ones to strike the eye when approaching this graceful hotel. What makes the place unique is nevertheless the couple of owners, Mrs. Lica and Mr. Betim. They survey a smooth operation of the hotel and ensure the well-being, 'bonheur', of every guest by an unceasing care. They also assist with sightseeing and would offer advice and help on virtually any problem which might arise. -- After checking-in you soon realize that you have been adopted into the family. At my future visits in Durrës I certainly will stay in this hotel again.
