We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

The whole atmosphere of the hotel is charming. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, had a nice view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, and the 5 meal dinner was absolutely the finest dining experience, accompanied by a great service from the whole restaurant team. And last but not least the wellness, with a dedicated sauna area, sauna infusions offered 4 times a day, that is also a top quality. We were in the pre-season, but the price–performance ratio is absolutely great.

Tento 4hvězdičkový hotel vyšší kategorie se nachází v Kaprunu, 5 km od lyžařského areálu Gletscherskigebiet Kitzsteinhorn. Úžasné, určitě se sem ještě vrátíme. Měli jsme ubytování s polopenzí a vstupem do wellnes. Venkovní bazén na střeše hotelu je otevřen až do 22h takže si po večeři můžete ještě užít relaxaci s výhledem na Alpy. Voda je krásně teplá. Snídaně i večeře v hotelu jsou výborné, personál je milý. Pokoje jsou čisté, přímo z pokoje výhled na Alpy, úchvatné. Jediné minus, moc to uteklo, děkujeme :-)

HIRSCHEN DORNBIRN, the boutique-style hotel, is located in the suburb of Haselstauden, centrally located near buses and trains. Public transport is free during your stay. We were surprised how beautiful this hotel was! Rooms are unique and stylish with lots of character. Very cozy bed, and nice touches like robes and slippers. Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Great value.
