The Residence Villa Chobe is a luxury holiday home with a large private garden and balcony overlooking the Chobe River, located close to Kasane. Everything. Our group of four friends enjoyed the stay tremendously.

One of the member of our party injured, and Cresta staff immediately checked her status, then suggested us the solutions (private doctor or public hospital) then someone escorted us to the doctor then the pharmacy. Food: extremely rich breakfast, fantastic selection of foods for dinner. All the three evenings the staff congratulated to the guests who had anniversary with some folk-dance and singing improvized. The park: everywhere warthogs, some bushbucks, banded mongooses and cheeky vervets (be careful, they are stealers!) Rooms: cosy Programs: there is a travel office on site, and they organize trips to Vic Falls, Chobe Game Reserve and boat cruises on Chobe River.

Such a nice place at an affordable price, comfortable beds, restaurant where you can watch birds and in the evening a warthog comes by, good breakfast and own pier at the river where the sunset boat cruise start, very convenient for travelers not on an organized tour. It's also very close to the center/shopping mall, where you can buy whatever you need and also change money (in front of the mall is a bank). For solo travellers going to Maun on bus, there is only 1 direct connection overnight. For day connection you have to change in Natta but it's a safe connection (long but with local fun).

A beautiful modern hotel, fully up ane exceeding my expectation. The hotel's restaurant is very good. The staff was very helpful, kind and hospitable.

It is well situated between Kazungula and Kasane and, compared to the very high prices in Kasane, excellent value. The room was lovely and large, with a nice balcony. I appreciated that the water bottle was replenished daily and the fridge was very cold, which was great. One needs to stipulate that one wants a garden view room, so as not to face the main road. The restaurant provided a very nice dinner at a reasonable price. The aircon worked well and there was a mosquito net over the kingsize bed.

Small family business in the center of the village a bit aside from the main road with few rooms and pool. Walking distance to main mall. Very friendly host and personnel. Just show up and they'll take care of the rest of your stay. They organize all transfers (Victoria Falls) and attractions at good price (game drives, boat cruises etc.). However they don't communicate it in the welcome message once booked. Pity. I didn't know that before the arrival so I booked all my activities elsewhere in advance. However I wish I had used their offers. Very good stay. Fully recommended!
