I’ve been here in Canada for 2 years, and there are only a few good hotels I’ve stayed at. The facility is new, the environment is clean, and the amenities are complete. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap smell so good! Their front office is available 24/7, always ready to assist guests anytime. The hot pool is beautiful. They also have us free bus passes. very convenient! The only downside is that the room I got didn’t have a mountain view, but our stay was still perfect for me regardless of the view. I didn’t request a mountain view, but maybe next time if we stay longer.

The room was really well laid out - really impressed with how techy it was - easy to control lights, plugs right beside the bed, other little useful controls within reach. Little things that hotels seem to keep getting wrong - these guys got them all right! The view from the room was nice and the bed was super comfy. The little shop in the hotel had really nice snacks - not just standard crisps and sweets, but some really tasty healthy options too. The staff were really helpful.

I loved the beautiful detail they put into the rooms. Absolutely stunning. This hotel is definitely a gem. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.
