My room was big and comfortable, well equipped and maintained. The cleaning was excellent, and they did everything I asked with a smile. Breakfast was great, with a variety of food and also a menu that offered some more options. Great hotel by all aspects.

The room was really spacious and so were the bathrooms. Super super clean, up to swiss standards. The towels are included, which is great for people that travel light. Bathroom also had some shareable toiletries just in case you forgot something. There are two common rooms to hang out with fridge and kettle for your use. Breakfast is great and fresh. They include a free pass for buses and trams which is really convenient. Plus the staff is really helpful (they were very patient with me on my checkout day).
