We had a fantastic experience at the resort, especially at the kids' water park. The facilities were top-notch, and the kids had an absolute blast. A special shoutout to our host, Ms. Simran, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, we had a memorable time. Highly recommend!

Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach. We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The price/quality is 10/10. We were pleased with the good cleaning of the room. We would like to thank the attentive receptionist Risan for helping us order a taxi. The hotel also has a Russian-speaking guide Misha, who helps organize excursions, transfers, treatment, etc.

Featuring spacious accommodation, LUHUITOU Sanya Resort is a luxurious property with an outdoor swimming pool and 3 restaurants. The resort offers a fitness centre and Thai massage treatments. We were in this peaceful resort for 7 days. It was an A+ experience. From first encounter team till the last. Beautiful resort, peaceful away from all the restaurants and bars. Spacious room, beautiful pool and beach right next to us. Although we preferred to be at the pool most of time. Team was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, helping us use Didi and Alipay. Most of them spoke good English but whoever didn’t used translation app to help us. Thank you Ashita, Ada, Zack who made our stay pleasant. Let’s not forget breakfast buffet and team who always gave us a warm welcome. Lots of Asian and Western options. I stuck with Chinese ofc. Having noodles for breakfast is a unique Asian experience.

Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

I stayed at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa for six nights and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with an amazing spa and very caring staff. A special thanks to Maria, the guest manager, for her kindness and attention - she made my stay truly comfortable. When my flight was suddenly canceled, the hotel arranged an extra night quickly and smoothly. Everything was handled with such professionalism and warmth. The cute teddy bear gift was the sweetest touch! 🧸 Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sanya.
