The staff were really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of delicious and fresh options. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the turn down service in the evening as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful personal service, the team go out of there way to take care of you and make you feel like a valued customer. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Comfortable clean room, a little dated but far outweighed by the excellent service across the entire hotel, convenient location and breakfast. Located right next to the metro station, Starbucks and good Japanese restaurant over the road, what more do you need?!

Ideally located in the commercial centre of Futian District, the Futian Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen stands at 40 stories, making it one of the city’s landmarks. Staff can communicate in English. Robot Coffee did not work with my payment method and the Staff helped me with a free black coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the train stations especially the Express Train to Hong Kong. Super like the extra large bed.
