Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. The location is in the center of old town, markets and local restaurants are nearby, walkable distance to Nile river. Staff very pleasant and helpful, clean rooms with necessary amenities. They are very welcoming and I felt like home which is not always the case in Egypt or in a very touristic place. The team is nice and at the disposal, giving nice recommendations. The room was big for all of us (6) and clean. I recommend the stay at Sidi Hamad.
