Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and modern, and the breakfast was nice. Although there was a brief water outage due to street repairs, it didn’t affect our overall experience. Highly recommended!"

They are very welcoming and I felt like home which is not always the case in Egypt or in a very touristic place. The team is nice and at the disposal, giving nice recommendations. The room was big for all of us (6) and clean. I recommend the stay at Sidi Hamad.
