The frontdesk, hotel lobby and security staff were very polite and helpful. Our rooms are cleaned and tidy daily without fail by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast had many varieties. Waiters and waitresses were polite and helpful.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam je stylový hotel v Lubuk Baja. Hotel stojí 10 minut jízdy od přístaviště trajektů Batu Ampar a Harbour Bay. Na letiště Hang Nadim dojedete autem za 30 minut. All about this hotel. Stay very efficient, friendly, helpful and responsive. Food especially breakfast foods really yummy. Until now I really remembered the taste of nasi goreng, very delicious. Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi no lagging.
