I was totally amazed by the attentiveness of the hotel staff! From pre-arrival where they ensured I had all information I needed to connect with my driver at the airport, to the reception I was given at the hotel where offering a warm memorable welcome was obviously important to them - just sensational. The room was absolutely comfortable with very nice bath products. The room service was efficient and the food delicious. I left very early the next morning but this experience has ensured that I will return again in under two weeks when I will be in Kolkata again.

The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is evident, making it a haven of relaxation and luxury. **Overall Experience:** My stay at Payel Inn exceeded all expectations.
