Every morning you’ll be greeted by Luna the dog and Francis the cat, and if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet Mitzy the cat, farm pets. Gotta mention Pipo, neighbours dog. So if you’re an animal lover, this is the place to go. And if you are a wine lover, again, this is your place! Hope your wine tasting will be filled with as much fun, laughter, good company and quality wine as our was. Jenny and Steven, we couldn’t ask for better hosts! I love giving the max rate and this is definetly a 10++++++ stars location! This place is the most amazing accomodation we've had in our travels, around Europe. If you want the real autentic feel of Tuscany, what you've seen in movies, read about, this is it! Cypress trees, vineyard, Tuscany hills, classic tenuta house, pool, terraces, silence, the views... The place is conviniently located, on a tiny secluded road from the main one, 50 min to Florence or Siena, 15 min to Arezzo, around 1h15 to the other cities you'll plan to visit. The rooms are better than in pictures, extremely clean, comfortable, all needed toiletries, lots of towels, nothing is missing! The hosts are the best you'll ever want, so friendly and available, with suggestions for everything you can do around, or here (you have a nice presentation video of their activities in the room). Breakfast is yumm, Italian style sweet & sour, plenty to choose from. You can go see the animals, walk around the vineyard, get some bikes for a promenade, picnics, stargazing, horse riding you name it! Too bad we dont have more time to spend here, but we will be back for sure 🤗

Rodinná atmosféra, byli jsme velmi mile přivítání. Každý den úklid pokoje, doplněny nápoje v lednici. Vynikající snídaně i vecere. Doporučuji všem.

We had a great stay in this B&B with beautiful pool. We booked two rooms and had a kitchen in between them for our use as well. Great bonus! Very friendly host and a relaxed atmosphere, communal kitchen with some snacks and drinks. Great breakfast! Would definitely recommend.
