Super cool hotel with many restaurants and fun stuff to do. The hotel is very new and the room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The large window in the room have an amazing view of Shinjuku. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk to the Shinjuku station. Right in the middle of the lively center of Shinjuku with shops, movies and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

A beautiful new, modern, and comfortable hotel. The location is super convenient. We only spent one night here before flying home, but we had a very good impression. The room is very ergonomically designed and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an adapter for Japanese sockets and a coffee machine with high-quality coffee capsules. Very comfortable bathroom. Super modern laundry room on the floor. The staff is simply charming. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very helpful and friendly, they speak very good English. The room is huge comparing with the other hotels we stayed, amazing bathtub and japanese shower, with lots of complementaries (bath salts, sponge, etc). Great a/c, they gave you a tea set with kettle and everything to relax after a tiring day! Location is great if practicality in front of the station, next to a combini and in front of a supermarket.

MUJI HOTEL GINZA se nachází v centru města Tokio a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Jen 100 metrů odtud je Marronnier Gate Ginza. The tranquil ambiance, the minute you alight into the hotel area, was all worth it. Exhausted from the days travel, the complementary snacks and drinks were a welcome treat at the Lounge (even include 4 different alcohol drink options). Check-in was fast and smooth. Reception was helpful with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, or arranging the transfer of your luggage (note, you need one day for this). The hotel rooms were well appointed, and the iPad control of all the lights, drapes, etc... was very convenient. Sound proofing was very good. Very quiet inside the room. Decor was very calming and soothing minimalist. Nice to have all the toiletries you would need, provide along with a list of what you can keep if you scan the QR code provided at checkin.

Everything! It was a fantastic stay. Everything in the premier Japanese room was very well maintained. Absolutely loved the spacious living room - we can open 3 big luggages concurrently without any issue in walking around. The bedroom was cosy with firm bed and a big tv. Our girl was delighted to have the Japanese bedroom for 5 nights and couldn’t bear to leave at the end of our stay 🤭 The sharp washer cum dryer was a life saver for mummy who dreaded to wash the piles of clothes after each holiday.
