The Hotel pick-up as well the staff is great.👍😍We had a great warm welcome at the Reception from Lady Laxmi which showed us also the room. The Owner or Manager was also very helpful with organizing trips or information. Food we also can recommend. At the Looby or the Roof Top Restaurant...the male staff was amazing friendly and served us like kings..thanks to ALL of them. Wifi & TV is also working...we stayed before EBC TREK and afterwards each time 4nights and we come back again in September 2024👍😍..René and Liz at IG: @renepeter57

We had a great stay here (so much that we've stayed again after our trek!). The smaller rooms are quite small for 2 people, so we opted for the bigger room the second time around (this review is the first time). The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I can't thank them enough!! They've made us feel so at home and are always ready to help. The complimentary breakfast has been great too. When we were leaving early in the morning for our hike, they let us have breakfast even earlier than they usually serve it. The location is wonderful, centrally located but just away from the main roads so generally much quieter. We also availed of the complimentary airport transfer which was super helpful on arriving to Kathmandu.

The room service was impeccable, always prompt and delivered with a smile. My room with the bathtub was a highlight—spacious, cozy, and beautifully lit, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Everything was great! Kindly personal, very clean and comfortable hotel, tasty dishes. Rooms cleaning and changing a towels everyday. My respect to the hotel manager. He was keep in touch all time and gave the best accommodation for my group. I really recommend this place! :)
