The unit is tucked away in a quiet, pine tree-lined community that instantly feels like a retreat from the city. The space matched the listing photos exactly—clean, thoughtfully decorated, and styled in a minimalist way that felt cozy without being cluttered. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The host was responsive, friendly, and communicated all the important details clearly ahead of time. As for amenities, everything essential was provided—hot shower, basic kitchenware, Wi-Fi, and a TV with streaming access. There’s also a nearby pool, stunning views, and walkable restos for food and coffee. It really delivers what you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Overall, 10/10. I highly recommend this unit to anyone. I’d definitely stay again.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, JmR's flat is situated in Tagaytay. This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It's so relaxing and beautifully prepared. You don't get bothered by anyone and the security staff are top notch and very professional. Just across the road there is an amazing arcade with every kind of food you could wish for! There's also a large supermarket in case you want to take advantage of the kitchen area in the apartment.

This place should be way above its rating on Booking. Firstly, it's great value for money. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and an ensuite bathroom too. Secondly, there is an excellent in-house pizza restaurant too. The setting, with a lots of greenery around the rooms and restaurant gives the place a calming setting. Above all the staff are great, thank you Matteo, Lissa , Ryan, Rachael and Macchiato the cat and all the others that make it a happy atmosphere. There is an excellent launderette called Blooms not far away, a transport terminal close by and plenty of shops too. You can walk into the centre or take a Jeepney for very little. All in all a good place to stay.

I liked the homey vibe of the hotel. Staff were warm and always had a smile on their faces. Room was spacious and quite clean, except for the dusty sliding door railings. Pool and jacuzzi was big enough for the number of guests that would swim at the same time.
