It was ok for a few days the stairs where a bit much for me . Fresh clean bed lining and pillows should be a must and they were not at all in the main bedroom. The cleaning could be stepped up some what for people to stay.
The bed comfort was amazing ,don't ever change the brand of mattress the bad was no remote control for tele ,the cleaner forgot to empty bin from the last person but that's not a worry as I know the cleaners have very limited time and prob just forgot ,it's no worries I forgot stuff all the time
We loved the surrounding leafy area, an amazing backyard we didn’t have time to use properly. Our little dog enjoyed the space to run and have fun. Everything we needed was in great condition with plenty of extras in kitchen. No hesitation in recommending this beautiful accommodation! Loved it!
Coffs Harbour is a busy place. The accommodations around are starting to out price themselves. Sometimes a motel room is cheaper than the caravan park, especially for just an overnight stay. Plenty of eating options and all the shopping facilities you need. Has a golf course, the big banana a tourist sight, airport, hospital & coastal. It definitely needs the by pass to reduce the truck traffic and noise.
This trip was a working weekend trip. It was lovely to come back to Cedarvale after a hectic day. The peace n quiet is just what you need to decompress. Sadly the weather was atrocious, wet n windy n freezing. But, the location and view was still stunning. Definitely going back and will book a longer stay next time to really check out the township and surrounding Coffs Harbour Coast. You won't be disappointed.
Coffs Harbour is one of the largest urban centres on the North Coast of NSW, with a population of about 80,000 people. It is easily reached by car, train or the airport. It saw its first white settlers in the early 1800s when escaped prisoners took refuge on Muttonbird Island. Timber and banana plantations were the first major industries. Today, tourism is a major economic driver. Named after a John Korff, a ship builder, eventually becoming Coffs Harbour (an 1861 typo that became permanent!). There are numerous attractions in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. Plenty of beaches, walks and natural features to explore.
