Located in Port Macquarie in the New South Wales region, with Port Macquarie Regional Stadium nearby, Tranquil At Hibbard - 21 Hibbard Drive provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private... This home is very well maintained and it was a joy to arrive at a clean, well laid out home with all the amenities that we needed. Located so close to the heart of everything. The beds were super comfy and the added thoughtfulness of supplying labels to locate everything, STACKS of dvds, books to read and family games to play was all greatly appreciated. Our teenager was definitely emotional about having to leave and wants this to be our "go to" for future Port Macquarie trips. Even not having internet was an easy work around for us (hotspotting) on the odd rainy morning and cruisy evenings we had

The walks were great, but unfortunately, the unit we had was very dirty, full of mould, and had very old furniture. It truly spoiled our trip there. We left early due to the bad condition of the unit. We have been to Port many times, but this unit has really killed our plans to ever return. We started to get ill from the mould in all the cupboards. Parking in the town was terrible, but it was Easter and school holidays. The attractions in the area were great.
Port Macquarie's beautiful! Plenty to see and do here.....Check out many of the different restaurants in the area, lots to choose from. The Bowling Club has amazing food and facilities. Panthers Leagues Club is also very good. The Town Green lobsters are to die for. Plenty of coffee shops to choose from which are open early.
Easy to get around, not too crowded, beautiful beaches and foreshore facilities. For a town that's not super-big, it seems to have all the infrastructure and shopping that you could want. Really enjoyed our stay and driving in the area.
Great coastal area with plenty of beaches and great walks. Has all the shopping you would need. My personal opinion is that it was a bit busy for my taste but overall, you cannot fault it for the beautiful coastline. We did not see it in the best light either with rain most days.
Lovely town and facilities unfortunately it rained during our overnight stay. Bollo always great value and Cocoa Cartel French patisserie at Flynn's Beach always worth a visit for their lovely pastries
Port Macquarie is a town of about 50,000 people spread over quite a wide area. In 1821, Port Macquarie was founded as a penal settlement, replacing Newcastle as the destination for convicts who had committed secondary crimes in New South Wales. For the tourist, there is a lot to see and do, with a walk along the marina, the Breakwell and the coastal path a must. Beautiful beaches such as Town Beach, Shelley Beach, Oxley Beach and Flynn Beach - all within a few kilometers. A Hastings River cruise is a must. Driving around Port Macquarie is easy.
