Rooms are decent for a transit stay and staff are super friendly.

Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, very warm staff, definitely good value for money, was able to utilize a shuttle, and the room was a great size, with comfortable bed, amenities and great temperature. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Harman at the front desk. I spent 17.5 hours traveling from Delhi to Toronto, my connection in Toronto was canceled due to a winter storm. I needed to book a room quickly and just really wanted some rest. Harmon showed me the empathy, grace, customer service and that Canadian kindness that I needed. She got me into my room, wished me luck with dealing rebooking my flight and was open to provide any other services in case I needed to extend my stay in Toronto. I will never forget that kindness. And I look forward to making this my hotel of choice when I am in Toronto in the future.

Everything awesome, it exceeded our expectations. Also the shuttle service made our stop over very easy, we are very grateful, for sure we are going to stay here again! Most of our flights have night stop overs at Toronto, this is the perfect place to stay and very easy with the shuttle service.
