Obviously this was in no way obtrusive but left to my own choice in accepting the invitation! I came as a stranger and parted as a friend- and will most certainly be back ; )) Merci.....

The Ibis Geneve Aeroport hotel is located in Cointrin, 10 minutes drive from the centre of Geneva, close to the international airport and the Palexpo exhibition centre. We arrived the airport and walked to the hotel, and took the hotel shuttle bus to the airport the next morning. The location of the hotel is very convenient for transferring overnight. We also stay another two nights on our way back. The hotel gave us the city transit pass so we took bus to visit the city.

העיר העתיקה יפה ומעניינת. מסעדה שמתיימרת להיות מישלן tosca , יקרה, לט טעימה, רחוקה ממישלן. Cafe paris מגיש ארוחה אחת סטייק שיושב על חמאה, וציפס, אם ממש רעבים לא מעבר. מסעדת el faro מסעדה ספרדית טובה מאוד. Cafe de soll לא ללכת לארוחת בוקר, קפה קר, קורסון יבש, ארוחת צהרים לא אכלנו שם.

קרובה מאד לשדה התעופה של ז'נבה ( 10 דקות) באטובוס( קו 66) אוטובוסים בתדירות גבוהה לז'נבה( קו F) יש קווי אוטובוס לערים אחרות באיזור( קו 33 x) העיירה נחמדה,שקטה ובטוחה. ישנם 2 סופרים של קרפור וכן סופר של lidl. במרכז העיירה בסופי שבוע ישנם ירידים.

הגענו לג׳נבה ביום ראשון בערב וחוץ ממסעדות יוקרה ובתי מלון הכל היה סגור באזור האגם, שהוא מאוד מרשים, אבל הומלסים שישנים בחורף ברחובות בהחלט לא מוסיפים יופי לעיר
