The room was huge and comfortable. Lots of covers, sheets, duvets to keep you warm. Very quiet area, perfect for a good sleep. The view from the room was super nice - looked out over the water and the cemetery. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, etc and the basic cooking supplies were very helpful (Oil, salt). There was tea and coffee available which is also a nice touch. Bathrooms were well, hot shower, clean, well stocked. I would recommend staying here. And only a ten min walk to the bus station !

I arrived with an upset stomach (first trip to South America and not part of the lucky 50% to be spared traveler's diarrhea), and they took great care of me. I fell in love with Roberto's tea room, the view of the bay and his story. The food was also super tasty, tan rico! I planned to stay there two nights but ended up staying a week. My favorite place in Ancud!

At first you find it a bit "tired", but soon you´ll see it is a very cozy place to stay. Very nice staff. We 3 people stayed at the big apartment with 3 rooms. Our bed was very comfortable. We also had a mini kitchen and a sight on the Pacific Ocean. Tha bathroom was ok. The higlight was the breakfast with warm bread and great local products, marmalades, butter, good coffe. It was worth the reasonable price we payed. A must.
