Ubicato a 3,9 km da National Exhibition Centre Birmingham (NEC), Tri-Star Hotel offre alloggi a 3 stelle a Birmingham e offre una sala comune, un ristorante e un bar. Nigel was very welcoming and gave us a lot of helpful inside tips on navigating the way to the NEC for our conference. We saved a lot of money on parking because the Tri-star is right next to the bus-stop which takes 2 stops to get to the NEC for the conference. The bus also takes VISA which makes it super-easy to go to the convention centre and back to Tri-Star. They provide a full English breakfast, toast or eggs done in different ways as part of our stay and the beds were very comfortable. They had a nice pool table (which we didn't use unfortunately) and there were plenty of places to sit to lounge around and dining areas for guest. They also had a nice little bar but we were a bit too caught up to use it!

Our host was excellent in terms of communication (including helping with a local restaurant recommendation) and everything went to plan. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - we couldn't have asked for more. It's a very nice, quiet neighbourhood and supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. We would highly recommend and look to stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.
