We got a room facing the airport and we could see planes landing and taking off. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade but the room was quite a distance from the elevator. As my husband can't walk that far, they moved us to a room closer to the elevator. Very good breakfast spread. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a bar. Good size room and bed was extremely comfy. They also gave us a late check-out till 1pm FOC. The shuttle bus took us directly to our terminal.

Nice place for us to stay 1 night and really nearby the Heathrow airport. We enjoyed to live there because the flat was spacious and clean for living. It would be better if the flat could provide Wifi.

brilliant host, amazing room, it was very clean and well kept. the bed was very comfortable. the chinese food was very generous in size. i would definitely recommend. its also very near terminal 4,5 and you can take the underground to other terminald for free. we'd like to wish them the best for the future. thank you ever so much for an amazing experience

Very nice and excellent atmosphere.
Very nice and excellent atmosphere. I would recommend any one to come and stay at this place and get the friendly atmosphere of the working staff though I would suggest to make it bed and breakfast which would benefit more . But still overall it was fantastic and I wouldn’t mind coming again in near future. Thanks to pleasant staff .

Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.

there was nothing good about the Hatton rooms since I never got to them. they only sent me the details at 5:15 PM, way too late:. THeu were supposed to send them by 2;15 pm at that time i had already gone to the Hatton Rd, never found the place and had already booked another hotel. I was still charged for a night in your place. Prior to this (which should have been a red flag for me), all communications were impossible: the links to register were all non-existing.t They shouldn't be allow to advertise on your site.
