Quietly located 5 km from Adamas Port, the Cycladic-style Theophili features air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or the village of Zephyria. We were one week in Theophili with friends and family. We loved the location, it was the perfect place not too close and far from the cities. I want to call it intimate, with the possibility of admiring the stars. It was super clean and the hosts were very nice and humble people. The rooms were spacious and with a nice veranda. Theophili is close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Milos.

I stayed for two nights and they changed my bed sheets without me asking for it, this was very nice and not common. Would probably book again if needed!

Lovely stay, we had such a good sleep in a quiet place next to a farm, felt like we own the place. We also received some eggs from the owner and they’ve been delicous (😍) . The space was so clean and they were changing the towels every day, and big plus for the fact that they were offering also beach towels.

Firiki Studios se nachází v destinaci Zefiría a nabízí zahradu s slunnou terasou. Pláž Achivadolimni se nachází 2,9 km odtud a Sulphur Mine 8,4 km. Very clean. Traditional architecture, cute garden, friendly cats, good location. We enjoyed our stay in Milos!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I’d definitely choose it again!

Beautiful view of the bay . Katerina the owner and her daughter are always very helpful and accommodating . For sure we will stay here again when we come back .

From the very first moment, we felt that this place is full of history and soul. The cottage itself is a dream – every single accessory has its own story, thoughtfully restored and beautifully placed, creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and unique. Nothing was left to chance: from a welcome bottle of wine and fresh water to even specially branded shower gel, every detail showed how much love and effort went into preparing this home for guests. The outdoor areas are equally amazing – charming, functional, and designed to make you instantly feel at ease. We loved every minute here and honestly did not want to leave. Olive Cottage is a true gem and we can recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Milos.

Harris and Niko were truly the best hosts we could have asked for. The property itself is stunning—perfectly located in the heart of the island, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that feels deeply connected to nature.
