The house, the garden, the location are perfect! The beach is close, the view is beautiful, sitting at the end of the garden you can see the planes taking off and landing.:) The port, the historical center of Preveza are within walking distance and a good starting point to explore the area. The house is comfortable, well equipped, two TVs, Netflix, coffee maker with capsules, sugar, salt, oil...., everything you need. Constantine is helpful, available at any time, shared a lot of useful information with us. Thank you!

The house was at very good Location and really clean . We get all the things at home which we needed for our stay . The owner was really nice guy he was very friendly and helpful. He suggested us many places which was really helpful. It was 1 minute from a very beautiful beach .

We stayed as a family of four at Palmeira Sea and City for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Dimitrious, was incredibly welcoming—he even met us at 1:00 AM when our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with delicious yogurts, puddings, and fresh fruit, which made the perfect late-night snack after our long journey. The villa itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach .The water there was calm and clean, making the swimming experience feel like being in a pool. Our kids loved spending a full day there swimming, reading, and relaxing. There are also a few nice cafés on the beach—we especially enjoyed Utopia Café, only a 2-minute walk from the villa. We also visited Preveza city center with many good restaurants, which is about a 5-minute drive (20 min walking) Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
