It is well furnished, beautiful, spacious home with a huge garden and terraces az the back and front. We rented the house for a week of familiy vacation (4 adults with 3 children) and enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were excellent for this many people. Our host was very friendly and helpful and stayed connected during our stay - ready with recommendations for beaches and restaurants, some of which we tried and liked very much! Heliotropio is much recommended - just make sure to rent a car, because navigating the island would be difficult without one.

The villa is ideally situated just a 10 minute drive from the airport and is very easy to reach and locate with the directions provided by the host. On arrival we were greeted by Elini who explained everything to us about the villa and gave us a tour, she also arranged a date for the cleaning to be done within our stay. The villa itself is a beautifully presented new build that stands behind a remote opening gate within excellently maintained gardens. At the front and rear of the villa are shaded areas to sit in comfort. At the rear of the villa is a seating area equipped with a spacious table and chairs and also a couple of sun loungers located at the bottom of the garden. The interior of the property is spotlessly clean, spacious and extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. The location for us is ideal as it is rural (very much how Zante used to be) However it is only a 10 minute walk to the Kalamaki strip with all the bars restaurants supermarkets etc add another 5 minutes and you are on Kalamaki beach which is a lovely soft golden sand strip that leads to Laganas that is under an hours walk.

And special Thanks to the host - he was amazingly friendly and very helpful. We really felt welcomed. We liked that it is not in the troubled area of Kalamaki. It is a bit outside and therefor quiet.

The property was extremely clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. Alexandros our host was great too and kept checking up on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the fact that there was a cat at the Villa, please consider feeding him if you do stay! Please don’t be put off by the lack of reviews on here, not only was our stay great but it was easily the best priced villa I could find for our group!

Alexander was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and was very welcoming. We booked this villa for 7 people and found the location ideal as it was not too far from the main street of kalamaki and the beach. You could definitely tell it was homemade by the little touches to the property. We would 100 percent stay here again!

Charming house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Clean swimming pool that the kids didn't want to leave 😉. Close to the airport, but not enough for the sounds to be bothersome. Contact with the managers through WhatsApp, they responded very quickly to all of our questions.

The staff and the general manager are so kind and ready to help you with anything just to make your stay great. They make me feel at home. Food is great!! You have to try their burger and the drinks. Friday evening was greek night and everyoane from the greek staff and the general manager and his wife were dancing!! Room was good size with air condition and a Jacuzzi on my terace!! I was thrilled!!!! The bed was okay, nontlheless I slept good but I think they need to improve a bit that. I love the stay because has a good pozitive energy where you can relax and recover. I will definitely go back. I would like with this ocasion to thank to all the staff that made my stay so agrreble considering the fact I was a solo traveler. Paracalo!
