I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant each day of my stay, and the food was excellent. I was very happy with the service provided by hotel's staff, such as Harendra from the restaurant and Rahul from the front desk area, who were both very helpful. As a matter of fact, all hotel employees have been polite and helpful. I did use laundry service from the hotel, and they did a great job cleaning my dirty and smelly shirts and jeans. In a nutshell, I do recommend this hotel, I was feeling good there. If I will visit again Kushinagar, I will stay in the same hotel for sure.
